I had a super straightforward easy time with the program, Graham was amazing help and made the process super easy and was very attentive. He was super quick to respond with any questions I had. I highly recommend anyone that has to go through a return to duty program to choose this one!!!

Exceptional Support Throughout the Return-to-Duty Process
I have had the opportunity to work with Graham on behalf of many mutual clients, and I can confidently say he is one of the most knowledgeable, responsive, and professional SAP counselors in the industry.
What stands out most is his commitment to making sure drivers understand the process. He takes the time to answer questions, explain requirements clearly, and ensure clients know exactly what comes next. The return-to-duty process can be overwhelming, and having someone who is patient, accessible, and willing to educate makes a tremendous difference.
Graham is also incredibly responsive. If he misses a call, he makes every effort to return it promptly.
