Quickly responded to all my questions, before and after I paid for the repair service. Easy to understand instructions on how and where to send. Turnaround time was ok. Could have been quicker but that was on me since they offer faster service for a small fee. Repaired my 2019 Honda pilot windshield camera. Worked flawlessly after they repaired it. No calibration needed. Great customer service. Very fair price and warranty included! What else do you want? I will not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks again!

Excellent service and fixed my module! The lady over the phone is very kind and answered all my questions. They just relocated to Texas so they were a little slow on communication but fixed all my issues! Overall 10/10

I sent my camera to American Module Pros in Missouri on August 31 because their website advertised a 2-day turnaround. Their website says they’ll notify you when your module arrives and when work begins, and I also received an email saying they’d keep me updated.

None of that happened.

I repeatedly had to reach out for updates. I was told repairs were starting soon and that I’d be contacted if there was a problem. I never was.

Eventually, I had to demand that my part be returned so I could send it to a more reputable company. They then told me they were waiting on a part, would refund me, and send my camera back. Editing to add that after posting this review, they issued a refund.

I shipped it to Missouri, but it somehow came back from Texas. 🤷‍♀️

Repairs can take longer than expected, but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when their own website and emails promise updates.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend American Module Pros.
