American Holidays Anmeldelser

Ali is amazing to deal with, and very understanding.
I even told her I loved her on the phone, and still mean it 😂

Friendly efficient staff. Thanks clare

I honestly couldn’t recommend Ashling highly enough.

I initially contacted American Holidays with fairly low expectations that they would be able to put together the kind of Florida trip I wanted within my budget, particularly as we were looking for a multi-stop holiday rather than a straightforward package. Ashling completely exceeded my expectations.

From the very beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and planned the trip with an incredible level of detail. She thought of so many of the little things that I simply wouldn’t have considered myself, and both calls and email were friendly, informative and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt rushed or like too much trouble.

What impressed me most was that she didn’t just find us a holiday within budget — she put together a trip that genuinely ticked every box while still offering fantastic value. I came away feeling that a huge amount of thought had gone into getting the right holiday for us rather than simply selling us a package.

Planning a trip like this can easily become overwhelming, but Ashling made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable and gave us real confidence that everything had been properly thought through.

An absolutely first-class service from start to finish. Ashling is a real credit to American Holidays, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book through her again.

Paula was extremely helpful in planning our holiday for Disney. She was able to provide all the necessary knowledge and was very prompt in replying to emails/returning calls making the whole process very straightforward.

I have been dealing with Amanda to book a couple of weeks in Orlando and my experience has been top notch. Amanda gave me loads of information and tips for our holiday and provided me with various quotes for different options. Service was very prompt and everything was made easy. Really looking forward to our holiday now.

The staff are amazing, they understand your budget and try to work around you and you’re always treated with honesty & respect.
