The capsules did absolutely nothing
The capsules did absolutely nothing. I felt nothing don’t know why I upped and upped the dose still nothing. I paid 35.00 for nothing.

Hi Donna, thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry to hear it wasn't the experience you were hoping for. Everyone's body responds differently to this category of product, so what works well for one person can feel different for another... that's part of why we always recommend starting low and adjusting from there rather than upping dose quickly. How much did you end up taking in one go? Was it the Amanita capsules you tried? For some people they only need 1 or 2 capsules but for others they may need like 6-8 to reach threshold effects. Poor quality, no accountability
Second order — poor quality, no resolution.
I placed my second order with Amentara and received Amanita muscaria with visibly underdried caps — wet, soft texture, clearly not properly processed. For a product that requires correct drying for safe storage and use, this is a serious quality control failure.
When I contacted customer support and requested a replacement for the substandard product, they refused outright. No exchange, no solution offered.
My first order was fine, which makes this even more frustrating — the inconsistency shows that quality control is not reliable. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this vendor.

Product texture and moisture can vary batch to batch, and if something arrived underdried, that's not the experience we want you to have. The product is amazing but pray nothing happens because I can't say the same from the support team.
I tired to order 3 times, two on Friday with two different credit card both transaction were cancelled.No idea why (system glitch)
Saturday I made a successful order with my debt card (weird)
After my 3 order attempt processed about an hour later an already cancelled order from Saturday magically processed.
I thought no big deal; I'll reach out and they can cancel... Nope, they sent the order now expect me to pay for shipping for there systems error.
( why would I spend dime when your system glitched I have your support email to prove it)
The lady literally told me there system messed up in the email.

On the ordering hiccups... we were in the middle of migrating to our new website and URL around that time, and had a handful of technical kinks to iron out as part of that transition, which sounds like exactly what you ran into with the duplicate charges and order glitches. Good Products, Slow Shipping…
So far I like this seller except for slow shipping. The website says product ships the same day if orders are received by 11:00 a.m. Central Time. Not correct. A shipping label is created the first day and the product doesn't ship out to the end of the second day. I'll just have to factor in that it takes a week to get a package from California to Chicago.
I like what they've done with their website and the content and will likely continue to be a customer.

Hi Lawrence, thank you for the honest feedback and for sticking with us despite the shipping frustration. Around the time you ordered, we were in the middle of a few big changes at once... migrating our website and URL, moving our fulfillment facility out to LA, and dealing with a large, unexpected spike in demand for Amanita, all around the same time. That combination made it genuinely hard to keep shipping times where we wanted them, and that's on us. Since then we've added more people to the team, and shipping has gotten noticeably better as a result. Really glad you like what we've done with the site and content, and we're working to make sure the delivery experience matches that.
