Amdari is such a great place to gain hands on experience! Personally, I can’t believe how much I have learnt about business analysis in such a short period. In just two months, I am now on my 3rd project, and all I can say is, no regrets at all. My confidence to manage a project from start to finish and come up with the best recommendations for a business process improvement / transformation is all thanks to Amdari. I am truly thankful to the team and most especially, my able specialist Joan, she has been fantastic! She listens and is highly solutions oriented. If you have doubts! Take this from someone who had multiple options and was conflicted on which to settle for. Go with Amdari immediately don’t even think about. My experience working with Amdari has been truly rewarding. I had the opportunity to support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives through requirements elicitation, process mapping, documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. I recently completed a 4-month Data Engineering Internship with Amdari, and it was an exceptional learning experience. The program combines hands-on projects, industry-standard tools, and strong mentorship to provide practical exposure to modern data engineering practices.

During the internship, I built end-to-end data pipelines using Python, AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, PostgreSQL, Docker, and other cloud technologies while gaining a deeper understanding of data architecture, warehousing, orchestration, and analytics.

One of the things I appreciate most is the collaborative environment. The projects are well-structured and have helped me develop my skills in SQL, data analysis, data cleaning, reporting, dashboard development, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving. A particularly rewarding experience was being appointed Team Lead during one of our collaborative projects. This opportunity allowed me to strengthen my leadership abilities while coordinating team activities, facilitating meetings, supporting project documentation, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring effective communication among team members. The experience significantly improved my confidence in leadership, organisation, teamwork, and professional communication.
