This company worked with me consistently for two months, providing illustrations and promising progress. However, after taking my payment, they stopped responding entirely. When I try to call, the number says “no one in the queue,” and their email is no longer active. At this point, it’s clear I was misled and scammed. I’m now seeking to recover both my money and the rights to my book.

Don't use this "publisher". They promised in our contact they would deliver 2,000 books sales, an e-commerce website, they would set up our amazon author account, expand online and physical distribution, write 120 blogs, 250 press releases, publish press releases on major news outlets, 20K+ organic followers, 4 trailer videos, amazon optimization, wikipedia page, google my business, google knowledge panel, pushed on 75 platforms, 50K emails, influencer marketing, translation into 2 languages, full book publishing services. And don't forget the 100% money back guarantee!!.

We got one book, some limited distribution, a static website, about 20 social posts, 8 blogs, and an email. They ghosted us and took our money. I am not happy about it, I trusted them. We worked together about a year before this new marketing contract. We have had to start from scratch.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM AND NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS! They are impossible to get a hold of. They make promises and then disappear. They have literally disconnected their phone line, told me it was working (I tried from multiple numbers), refuse to give me a refund although they failed to produce anything and we have a contract. They keep telling me they will call in *inset amount of minutes here* and they have not. I have been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks and no one has contact me, no one will give me a refund, and now I'm on pause for my book.

They charge $1000 upfront before doing any work. Communication is difficult at best. Then, they send you a proposal generated from ChatGPT asking for thousands of dollars and guaranteeing your book's success. I find it difficult to understand how they can guarantee that.
