I gave "profs" a professionally-edited manuscript plus ~ $ 50K to publish and market my nonfiction book .It appeared on Amazon Jan.,2024. To date: No marketing, continual unauthorized use of my credit card [ I had to cancel card]..and now have blocked all communication !..Strongest recommendation- DON'T deal with "Profs"..!! keith gilbert

This is my 3rd review as, after 14 months, still waiting for satisfaction I know I will never get. All you get at AmazonProfs is lies. They are one of the most unprofessional entities I've ever done business with in my 86 years. How can they continue to exist, continue to scam people, give a substandard product with consumer doing all the work. Lies and promises never fulfilled. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company

I started my book project in March. 10 months and $5k later no book. Promises, promises, no book. DO NOT use this company. Over charged me, stringing me along. So disappointed.

Amazon Profs scammed me. They promised to refund my money over 3 months ago but nothing till now...not even an email.

They charged me $449 to publish a book. The consultant Eva made empty promises, but didn't follow through a single step. I filled the forms, got my ISBN myself, had to redo the proof-reading myself as there were still a number of errors), I had to do the layout myself (because it was as though child did the first layout - so unprofessional). I did the cover myself and sent to publishing myself. Consultant did absolutely nothing but waste my time on the phone and emails.

Cheryl and Cody promised to refund my money (I have email evidence) but they have stopped picking up my calls and not responding to my emails. Can someone please help get my refund back from Amazonprofs please?

This guy is a fake. Kyle Kirshner pays for his photo opps with different publications. He’s also rude as hell. This guy reached out to me on IG DMs. I did not reach out to him because I know he’s a fake. He asks if I want to book a call with one of his reps and I just said no I’m good. This guy responds by cursing at me on ig DM’s which I screenshotted. This guy is a grifter and would be absolutely terrible to work with

I liked the finished product, especially the short intro that is on the Amazon page. The team wrote a great synopsis of my journey based on what I wrote in my Prolog,
I am disappointed in the number of of revisions that were made up to 8, even after I highlighted the errors.
On one revision I was given a completely different manuscript. The fonts were different the page title and page number were missing.
I realize that I required the grammar and capitalization of pronouns in a specific content, it took to many revisions.

The team at Prime Publishings did an amazing job at guiding me through the process of publishing my latest book!
They were helpful, professional, patient, and great to work with as I had never self-published before!

Chris Hall is who we where dealing with. He has patience and cares about the final product results. I made numerous changes and request he was always professional and checked to make sure we where on the same page with what I wanted. Professional and well spoken I would highly recommend him. Patience is a virtue Chris has it!

Social media campaigns are extremely important. Sam S did a fantastic job capturing the integral messages for each of my three novels by Shea Rose selling on Amazon. He told my stories succinctly, with brevity and wit!

Veronica Fallon is a very reliable and professional publishing agent, as well as a real pleasure to work with. She has always been very persistent and on top of everything involving the editing and publishing process, even at times when I was frustrated or grew impatient with some of the details. When my book was finally finished, she sent me my complimentary copies and I was very pleased with the final results. When I can afford to launch my next book in the near future, I hope that I have the pleasure of working with her again. I consider Veronica a real asset to the publishing company that she works for and in many ways she sets the bar for her colleagues to follow. Thank you for all of your hard work Veronica!

Clear communications and transparent transactions so far. The team assigned to me (Veronica F and colleagues/Josh) were very responsive. Veronica F attends to all questions and resolves all issues in a timely and efficient manner. I cannot wait to get access to all online platforms and touch the hardcopy. Thank you Team.

Enjoyed working with Chris Hall. He is very polite and has patience to work with me. Chris gave step by step information as to what I should expect during the publishing process. Hope to work with him again for any further publications in the future.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Do not have anything to do with them they took my money, put a unprofessional unauthorized copy of my book on Amazon and it took almost a year to get it off. They refused to take my calls, emails texts. Ripped me off. They are professional crooks, Pau Dalton

This is an awesome company to work with if you desire to have your book edited, published and posted on Amazon. Zoe is very attentive with her clients and is quick to call you back if when needed. I'm very impressed with the website she's been working on and the detail information is awesome.

Veronica Fallen has been an excellent guide to the process the creation of my book. Without her very able assistance, I could not have completed the manuscript. I looked at her for advice and direction now that the book is completed. She is the most able and qualified person for this task.

Veronica Fallon was a wonderful project manager. She was very knowledgeable and efficient as well as courteous and always returned my calls and texts promptly if an issue arrived. It was a pleasure working with her.
. However,the other member of the team were not very satisfactory. Prior to her I had 4 other project managers who all left the company and the book editing completion was prolonged due to inconsistency .
Veronica was truly the most effective and reliable person in the office and she should be granted a promotion due to her excellent skills.
If you plan on using this company request her as a project manager .

This is going to be the third project and I have more, but I don’t know, this one is to correct four mistakes, Zoe was handling it but due to something medical, it was given to Veronica who I’ve worked with and she was wonderful, I just want her to be wonderful on this project also, but so far it’s been two weeks and not a word I really need some answers!!!!!!
