Absolutely terrible, disgraceful- do not bother with this useless service!
You download music and it erases itself- what??? Can I have my subscription refunded please, you’re sh**!

I've been an Amazon prime member since the beginning. I thought I'd try music. I listen to a lot of podcasts & audio books. The way the podcasts are organized & trying to find the current episode on any is horrible!! I dropped it after a couple of weeks!

Poor, doesn't work on android auto, expensive for family listening compared to apple music

Shuffles about 6 songs then stops, very annoying. Good selection of music, very expensive overall.

encore une cata !
connexion plus ou moins aléatoire (en auto), çà marche quand çà veut, un titre s'affiche et c'est une autre chanson ?!...

Je préfère youtube car il y a toutes les musiques là c'est très limité je n'aime pas.

yo pago la cuota prime al año y tendria que tener un numero limitado de canciones nada mas, pero funcionar todo correctamente . Lo qu han hecho ahora es un desastre y luego si pasas 5 canciones te bloquean...

Lecture aléatoire de trucs qu'on ne veut pas entendre, même en créant une playlist, l'appli ne respecte pas nos choix... La navigation est complexe, vraiment, tout est à revoir.

Very trash for a paid service. Sad how little Amazon cares about their website. Been using for many years - almost nothing good to say when compared to other services.

Mir wurde für Amazon Music, was ich nicht nutze, einfach Geld vom Konto abgebucht.
Ich habe Amazon Prime und soll nun extra noch für diesen Streaming Dienst, den ich nicht nutze und wo ich meine Playlist nicht übertragen kann, noch extra zahlen?

Ich bin so sauer, das ich nun Prime komplett gekündigt habe. Bestell ich halt bei Temu

Absolutely not worth it! Don’t bother! They need to realise that the likes of Spotify and Tidal are in a different league and if they don’t start matching what those offer, they will never get the custom.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Amazon. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with customer support because Amazon Music (which I pay for through Prime) does not work properly on either my phone or my Xbox. After explaining the issue in detail, the customer service agent told me I would receive a call back from technical support. That call never came.

There has been no follow-up, no response, and no solution to the problem. For a company as large as Amazon, with the massive financial resources they have, it’s honestly shocking how poor the customer support experience can be.

Customers pay for these services expecting them to actually work, and if they don’t, at the very least there should be reliable support and proper follow-up. Instead, I wasted nearly an hour on the phone and was simply left waiting for a call that never happened.

A company of this size should be able to provide far better service and accountability. The way paying customers are treated in situations like this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Mir wurde von Amazon ein Abo für 3 Monate/ 6.99€ angeboten - als ich bezahlte, waren es plötzlich 9.99€ und STORNIERUNG NICHT MÖGLICH. Nur Kündigung nach 1 Monat. Hat Amazon das so nötig ???

I joined on an offer of 4 months free. They charged me every month telling me I would get a refund at the end of the 4 months. The app was really glitchy and would often just crash during songs. I endured the annoyance of this only to be told by Amazon Music that they would not refund me. Wish I’d never bothered. Never had this issue with Spotify. Don’t bother with Amazon music and don’t listen to their promises

Ich habe letztes Jahr aufgrund der besseren Audio Qualität zu Amazon music gewechselt. Am Anfang lief alles gut.
Nur seit Anfang diesen Jahres , hängte sich Die App ständig auf oder fiel einfach aus.
Nein es lag nicht am WLAN!!
Das ganze ist nicht mehr tragbar, das ich Amazon Music gekündigt habe und jetzt wieder bei Spotify bin. Die haben jetzt auch viel bessere Audio Formate. Auch wenn es 3€ mehr kostet. Das ist es mir wert. Lieber etwas mehr aber dafür ohne Ausfälle und mich Ärgern zu müssen.
Für Neueinsteiger!!
Nehmt lieber Spotify. Amazon Music ist absolut schlecht geworden!!

Absolut unmöglich, das zu hören, was man hören möchte.
