Very informative and creative experience working with Martin Olson.

What really made my experience great was how much the guys cared about my book. With all the other customers and clients they had. They still managed to make me feel special. They took great care with my book even going so far as to redo my cover at their own expense because they didn’t think the cover was good and they were right. The cover they created has been extraordinary. From beginning to end, I could think of no better publisher than this one. I intend to publish all my books with their help from now on because what makes a company is its customer service.

I have been working with this company over the past 1+ years publishing a series of books on behalf of a client. Most of these books present challenges, which have generally been resolved without incident. While there has been turnover in personnel, I have had to insist upon time limits for publishing, particularly when I am paying in advance for their work.

The company pushes very hard on marketing plans, and has fluctuated on the price per book, even in spite of my continued use of them. They do frequently "draw lines in the sand", offering "discounts" if I pay by certain dates (usually the end of the month).

In the past few months, my contact (Martin) has been very helpful in eliminating bottlenecks, and meeting deadlines.

I have not been happy about their payment system, as they only take credit cards, and have a weird system of debiting 3 parts to each payment, then crediting back two small amounts.

Overall I recommend them, with the caution that you should clearly spell out and document expectations, deadlines, and services.

I found this company after being scammed by another company and losing my money. I called Book Publishing Pros and Martin Olson introduced himself to me. When I told him what happened he told me he would help. At first I was nervous after already being rooked, but after praying and finding peace about it, I sent my manuscript. This turned out to be the best decision I could make. Martin is so kind, patient with me and very knowledgeable. He works very quickly when I need something. This company did an excellent job for me and I am well pleased. I am looking forward to work with Martin on my next projects.

My experience was great because they had so much patience with me. This is my first time writing a book and they helped me every step of the way, I started with Frank who got the ball going then he turned it over to Emile who went over and beyond to make sure the project was complete. She was so kind , I ask her 20 questions over and over, she never got frustrated lol. She was always pleasant. I will use The Book Publishing Pros again

Emily and the rest of the team have done a great job! There is a great daily communication. Emily is a careful listener, always asks for my review and approval, has good insights and advice and works fast and with quality work. I am very satisfied with Emily an the Book Publishing Pros and I greatly recommend them!!!

1. The book was published after the agreeable editing period, seven (7) weeks.
2. Unfortunately, the book was published without an index page.
3. Regrettably, errors were introduced during the editing process, necessitating a thorough book review.
4. I was under the impression that I would receive a complimentary book from the salesperson.
5. The salesperson proved to be challenging to work with during the sales process, and after I signed the "contract," he became unresponsive

I worked with Book Publishing Pros on my first two books and it went well. In February 2024, I paid to have a children's book series, consisting of 12 books, illustrated and published. However, there hasn't been one book published and its been 8 months.

The company has switched me to a third person to work with, no idea what happened with the first two. I worked with them on my previous books without incident. The newest person, Frank, always says he is going to do something and never does. For example, he reached out to me when he first took over the project and wanted to touchbase. He set the time and day of his call but never called. He didn't send any messages that his plans had changed. When I inquired, he stated that he just "got busy" and didn't have time to call.

Last week I expressed my frustration that it has been 8 months and not one book has been published. Frank replied apologetically, stating it was his fault and that basically he would have a plan in place and communicate with me the following day. That was a week ago.I haven't heard a word from him.

My suggestion to any future customers is to really consider your options before selecting this publisher. With the ongoing turnover, it makes me wonder if the company is struggling to stay open and if so, perhaps that is why I haven't received a response in the last week. At this point, I really don't have anything positive to say. I’m just hoping I actually get my series published and illustrated.

I am grateful to Nick Wilson for guiding me through the process of publishing my first book. He was patient with my lack of computer skills and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. My book looks great!

I signed up with them about a year ago for publishing and then eventually ended up giving them the marketing contract. I did not expect that they would do such a fantastic job out of this project. From social media and SEO to paid campaigns, Frank Cooper and Daniel Green did everything right!! They constantly addressed my concerns and did the best they could in every regard. As a result of our joint efforts, my book was extremely successful!! I literally cried tears of joy when I saw how perfectly everything turned out. I owe this company big time for what they did. Will 100% recommend these guys! Cheers!

I am giving 5 stars to Walter Luger and his team; I experienced excellent service. I probably tried the team’s patience with my changes each time the book seemed ready to upload. AND Walter, my Project Manager, is one for the record books. Walter shows a rare quality. He not only ably assists in getting your manuscript published, he also cares about you as an individual author. My praise cannot be high enough for him and his team. Amazon has done a great service in allowing unknown authors to publish. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Mistake on the book, Shane promised to fix, and wanted me to pay shipping. Process happened over many months. Ridiculous.
