I purchased a pair of headphones from Amazon a short time ago. They worked fine for only a few weeks before completely stopping functioning.
I contacted the seller for a refund or replacement, but they refused to help. I then reached out to Amazon customer service multiple times, but I received no response or resolution.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected better quality control and much better customer service from Amazon, especially for a relatively recent
purchase.
I would not recommend buying this product or dealing with this seller. Extremely dissatisfied with both the product durability and the lack of support.

The item ordered was not the item delivered. i.e. not a halogen air fryer, Bosch labeling not Yukaione. Item was substituted without our approval. We are just so fed up with the dodgy Amazon delivery people and the suppliers operating on their website. We are going back to shop fronts or eBay. far less hassle than Amazon.au

I have ordered something and Amazon has sent me an email, that they can’t use my credit card, but the money was missing of my account. I’ve sent them back 4 emails, I got just ignorance, saying they don’t read those emails. They have canceled my order. Practically they stole my money.

Recently (approx 5 times) whenever I have had the misfortune to have my Amazon Australia deliveries scheduled for a weekend, the 'delivery agent' had just dropped the item(s) on the front stairs, in plain sight of the footpath and roadway, once it was just dropped besides the wheelie bins. On all deliveries it was marked as 'left in a secure location'. I have been in attendance on every one of these deliveries, with front door open. This past weekend, the expected outcome finally occurred, the package 'went walkabout'. With no other option than to leave a 'star' rating for deliveries, I have been unable to express my concern to Amazon themselves regarding their agents lack of due diligence nor duty of care. I do NOT appreciate having to purchase the same item again within 2 days because of their own agents incompetence and/or laziness. The distance between where the items have been dropped and my front door?, 7 stairs and 12 steps! If Amazon is employing 'special needs' delivery agents, they need to make this clear during checkout! Any future deliveries that are scheduled for a weekend will be cancelled.

In NZ. Orderd 3 high value items from amazon au. 2 items came from USA dispatched next day arrived in less than one week with a customs delay. 1 item from Australia still hasnt been dispatched after 14days. Two phone calls to customer service and they cant help or say when its shipping. Product was in stock and said would be delivered in 7 days from order.
