They sent u deffect material of clothing even china staff are 500% better than the quality of them material.🤨. I ordered lather jacket with them and the jacket is look like a water proof paper no linen nothing , when i try to refund it, they sent me adress in canada which i payed from my pocket 26£ on top of the price i boughg it. Niw they change them shop name a AMARAE , Dont let them full u guys

STAY CLEAR! I purchased an item via Lune London which is Amarae and it is their customer service I am dealing with. I paid £49.99 for a pair of leggings which I considered to be very poor quality on arrival. I contacted the company immediately to report the issue and request a return. I was directed to a returns portal, which I completed, but received no instructions on how to return the item. After following up, I was informed that I had missed the 14-day return window. I hadn't. The company has offered either a 15% refund or 50% store credit. Based on my experience, I would most definitely not purchase from this retailer again.

Ordering is easy, and dispatch is fast. When the boots arrive I’ll update with more info on quality.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Amarae.uk.

I purchased two outfits for my wedding, and the total shown to me was around £193.97. However, when the payment was taken from my bank account, I was charged £232.76, which is significantly more than the amount I was expecting to pay.

As this was a wedding purchase, I expected the payment amount to be clear and accurate. Unfortunately, the unexpected extra charge has left me very unhappy with my order and the overall experience.

I hope Amarae.uk can explain why I was charged £232.76 when the total shown was around £193.97. I would appreciate a proper explanation and resolution.

Would strongly recommend avoiding this company

Formerly operated as Lune London. I ordered three jumpsuits across two orders. Unfortunately, two of them were faulty/not as described. One arrived with a missing belt loop and tag, which their customer service team actually acknowledged after reviewing my photos. The other was advertised as soft, flexible and stretchy, but was nothing like that and shed disgusting amounts of glitter everywhere.

The biggest problem, however, was trying to get my money back. Their website stated that they would cover return postage for damaged or incorrect items, but customer service repeatedly told me they would not reimburse international return costs. I ended up spending around £40 of my own money returning all three items to Canada.

The two faulty items were only resolved through disputes with my American Express as chargebacks, but the third item — which had been returned within their stated returns period — was not part of the dispute. Amarae confirmed they had submitted a £72.99 refund for it, but despite numerous emails and follow-ups, they never actually refunded me and eventually stopped responding.

The whole experience was incredibly time-consuming and frustrating and I am still, 4 months later, chasing Amex for the final dispute chargeback of £72.99 of the non refunded returned item.

I would personally avoid ordering from these people like the plague.

Be wary of trusting the good reviews, it honestly is not worth it. I am £113 worse off after this whole frustrating experience and I've had to resign myself to the fact that I'll probably never see that money again.

Update 3rd September: I have received a response from Amarae in relation to this feedback. Nothing has been received via email and I stand by my assertion - you are scammers that make extensive use of AI in your customer interactions. I dare to say that any Trustpilot feedback higher than 2 (being generous) is probably written by 'AI Amarae'.

I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing what I thought was from Lune London. This site has now been closed down however, it is like a Phoenix, reinvented as 'Amarae' amongst others.

Ordered Men's Teddy Fur Carpet Coat from Amarae. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to arrive. Expected it within 5 days because it was coming from a UK company. When it arrived the item looked nothing like the photo of the coat I had actually ordered. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I have lost the £129.99 I paid for the coat. Will probably have to contact the bank and ask them to recover the money on my behalf.

I appreciated the efficiency and regular updates of my order and shipping. In addition the quality of the products are excellent on my previous order and prompted this new purchase.

I haven’t received it yet but I’m looking forward to seeing it.

Easy to do although did get charged £10 more for shoes than I expected invoice said £45 but £55 taken from account

Delivery hasn’t been delivered yet but so far everything has been good
