Cancelled my order, with no explanation, order had been confirmed and payment made. Said item was still in stock on line, despite trying to contact them. Mobile permanently switched off and no on line response either. Avoid .

I received only one item instead of two as indicated in the attached document

Item not arrived

I purchased a lip pencil, only to receive an unexpected refund email with no explanation. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my emails bounced back as 'unknown,' and their phone number is disconnected. It’s extremely unprofessional that they never bothered to explain why my order was refunded, and there’s no way to speak to anyone. After this strange and frustrating experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I absolutely love the colour. There was no itching or irritation which is a blessing.

Order Delivery time as per expected, order had correct product, packaged well but missing item, experienced difficulties contacting customer service due to incorrect contact details stated on website. I did get a response in the end albeit slightly slow and they have confirmed to arrange refund, the whole process took a week to resolve.

I found an excellent deal on JLab JBuds wireless headsets at Amar. The communication with the seller was fantastic. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. I highly recommend them!

Perfect service thank you

I didn’t receive my package. Sent an email to say I didn’t receive my package. Still haven’t received it. It’s going on 3 weeks now and still waiting….

Received incorrect food processor and was charged for delivery when it should have been free.

Seemingly no way to get in touch with the company as the mobile number given as a contact is always switched off and the email address bounces straight back as unrecognised.

You shouldn't have to send a negative review to get a reply; Trustpilot is not supposed to be a means of communication with a supplier and your website needs to be updated with real contact details so that queries can be responded to promptly.

So we'll see if this review generates a response but, in the meantime, I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

As I said in my review, the reason you haven't received any phone calls is because the number on your website was permanently switched off when I tried repeatedly to call it over a period of 3-4 days.

I've emailed the details over to the address you quoted but, again, this is different to the one on your website and, as I also mentioned, your website/literature needs to be updated with current contact details as you shouldn't be relying on a review site as your only means of communication with customers. That's a very strange way of operating and, I would imagine, will cause you to get many more negative reviews.

Only 2 out of 3 items were included in the package. They never responded to my messages and I have still been charged for the full amount.

Effort was seemingly made to package the item in a way that it would be protected. However, the item still arrived damaged. Suggest the item is but in a rigid cardboard box so it doesn’t get crushed in transit, whilst keeping the item bubble-wrapped. I have attempted to contact the company via email and telephone but have been unable to receive a response or get through.

Great product well thought out and does a more efficient job . Safe design if you knock it over it switches off .
