worst experience ever trying to return a wig i bought and they completely ignored me not responding and won’t allow me to return it. it’s never been worn cut touched or anything and contacted them right away to start return process. their return policy is false and you will be scammed. very disappointed

HORRIBLE experience. Will never use this company again!! The customer service is terrible. Ordered a wig. Never received it. Asked company to cancel order and send refund. This request was sent almost 5 days ago. Still haven’t received my money yet. This company is fraud and very unprofessional. They are refusing to give me my money back. So basically I have no wig and they have my money. Had to get my bank involved. Be aware. You will have to literally fight to get your money back.

This is one of the biggest scams on the internet, they will send you a wig that looks nothing like the pictures, then won’t respond . They first tried to keep my money without sending me anything then they didn’t respond to my refund request. I told them I will seek legal counsel on them. They will send you anything the wigs are nothing like the pictures they advertise and they have fake videos and fake pictures don’t buy from them they are money driven and don’t give refunds they ignore you. So you will have to call your bank and dispute it or report it as a fraud charge since they won’t send you a refund and send you a different product. I ordered 300 density and received a wig that looks so thin almost like 150 density is what it look liked.

I purchased a wig from Amandas Hair on 2/10/26. Upon receipt, I immediately noticed that the curl pattern was tighter than shown in the photo and significantly shorter than a typical 22-inch wig, appearing more like 18 inches. I reviewed the return policy and promptly emailed my concerns to the provided return contacts. It has been three days without a response. If I do not hear back soon, I will proceed to contact my bank to resolve the issue.

Finally, received my wig , it’s not exactly they way on the website.. but I love it .
Communication with seller was very poor,

I’ve ordered hair and they trying to say they never received payment spoke to my bank they gave me code to send to them to check there bank as they defo got my money and they have not made any effort to get back to me now I’m in process with my bank as fraud first time buying from this place never again

I ordered a wig, paid for it but NEVER received it! Customer service is a joke, I never received a response to My e-mails. Tracking my ordered it says it was sent to FedEx but FedEx never received it! SCAM!!!

Purchased a ombre wig it came within 15/20 days purchase 26inch it came very yellow even though I asked for photos prior sending but I was ignored..

the wig was more 16inch / 18inch the transition from the brown to the ginger which was meant to be blonde was like a ring of ginger strip.

Trying to get hold of the customer service has been appuling they offered me 20 dollers lol to keep it I just want to return as I'm well within my rights now currently being ignored so I've contacted clearpay as I paid through them.

No returns information stated on website all has to be done via email...

The hair is full. It is soft. It is curly it does not shed. The lace is top tier. This is my first time ordering from Amanda and she has gained a lifetime Customer as long as nothing changes. The only thing I didn’t like was the shipping it doesn’t update you on anything but everything else was perfect

When there was confusion on when I would receive my wig,I reached out and got Emily. Emily was great! She followed up with me through every step of the way. I received my wig in a very timely matter and was very happy with the customer service from Emily. I will order from them again.

Je ne comprends pas. J'attends une livraison depuis plus d'un mois. J'ai commandé une perruque pour les funérailles de ma tante et je ne l'ai jamais recue. J'ai alerté le service client d'Amanda hairs qui n'a été d'aucune utilité. Je les informé que le magasin qui devait recevoir le colis n'était pas ouvert le lundi. Cette information est disponible en ligne, et sur la devanture du magasin et pourtant FedEx continue de tenter de livrer un jour de fermeture.

J'ai contacté FedEx par mail et tel mais il ne s'agit que d'assistants virtuels et il n'est pas possible de modifier le lieu de livraison.
J'ai effectué les mêmes démarches auprès d'Amanda hairs qui, maintenant, ne répond plus. J'ai demandé un remboursement mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Ils estiment que ça n'est plus leur problème.
J'étais déjà abattue par le décès de ma tante, je n'avais pas besoin de ça.
Je n'ai plus d'espoir de récupérer mon colis et j'ai donc perdu plus de 250 euros.
Ni Amanda hairs, ni FedEx n'ont tenté de proposer de régler le problème ou trouver une solution de remplacement ou un remboursement.

J'ai donc demandé un écrit signé et tamponné par mon magasin local qui atteste, à nouveau de leur horaires et du fait qu'ils n'ont jamais rien recu.
Je vais donc porter plainte contre Fedex. A priori, FedEx a beaucoup de problème de livraison.
Faites bien attention avec vos commandes. Personnellement, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez Amanda hairs.
Ça n'est pas parce qu'on a beaucoup de clients qu'on doit se permettre d'agir ainsi.

I love the hair it’s soft and has true length
The curls are popping. The gift bag is truly worth it. Also I like the fact that Emily response to whatever issue or question. I will definitely order again.

I recently purchased a 13×4 curly wig from Amanda Hair and overall, I am satisfied with the quality. The hair is soft, looks natural, and was well packaged. Shipping was fairly quick, and communication was decent. The wig itself is pretty, easy to style, and holds curls well.

However, my only disappointment is that I did not receive the 300 density that I paid for. The hair is noticeably thinner than expected, which was a letdown since I specifically ordered higher density for a fuller look. Aside from that issue, the hair quality is good.

If Amanda Hair improves accuracy with order details and ensures customers receive the correct density, they would be an excellent company. I would consider ordering again, but only if this issue is corrected in the future.

This is my 4th time ordering from Amanda hair, My 1st wig was a 30" curly that i ordered in 2023! And to this day it looks amazing! Curls are soft and i still get complimented.... i emailed them to update my latest wig order and they did so swiftly & my wig has now been dispatched! Thank you Emily!!!! I cannot wait to recieve my latest wig :) i know it will be tea 😍

I love my wig, it’s absolutely gorgeous. But I wanted to give myself a bit of time before making this comment, because right now I feel like I’m losing a bit of hair. I think it’s normal since I curl it all the time. I think that’s where my mistake is.
