DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My wig was nothing like advertised and when I requested a return within the time frames given on their website they offered me a voucher instead (not even for the full amount).
This continued for several weeks going back and forth with emails until I gave up. Absolute scam!

I ordered an 18-inch wig from Amanda Hairs catalog.

The wig I received measures approximately 13–14 inches when measured from the root, as clearly shown in the attached photo with a measuring tape.

The color does not match the product images on the website.

I contacted customer service multiple times. They refused a full refund and only offered small partial refunds ($15–$25), claiming the wig was “custom-colored,” although it was a ready-made catalog wig.

Amanda Hair decided to ship an order I told them to cancel. They have refused to accept the return and refund and I have now had to get my bank involved. I also filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB. This company is a scam the density was not what I paid for and the wig looked butchered due to the amount of filler hair used. By far the worst company I've had to deal with.

The product took two weeks before it was shipped. It would have been more convenient if they had given a clear timeframe, but instead you only get ‘this is a customized item’. The product itself is okay, but not impressive. The colors didn’t match, so I had to adjust them at home. The volume is definitely not 300% density, even though that’s what I ordered, more like barely 200%. The length is fine. Conclusion: it works as a temporary solution, but I wouldn’t order again

I would give this website a negative zero if I could. They sent me hair that I can’t wear. I spent almost $400 on two wigs. They cut the hairline to the point it doesn’t match mine and the density of the hair is completely different than what they advertise. I requested a return label to send the horrible wigs back and receive a refund. They denied
The refund and blocked me from social media. I’ve worn wigs for 15+ years and this is BY FAR the absolute worst company I’ve ever used. The customer service and product is the worst. Please don’t make the same mistake and waste your hard earned money.

Shipping took a bit of time but when I reached out Emily was very precise about the shipping information and I received it in the exact time.

I ordered a wig took about 20 days to arrive and absolutely NOTHING like it was advertised. I worked it and worked with it but I was not the color length or density

I had a disappointing experience with this company. My wife ordered a 21-inch lace, but the item we received was a completely different size and didn’t match the description at all. Their website promises a full refund within 30 days without any reason, but when we requested a refund, they refused to honor it. This feels misleading and frustrating. I would advise caution when dealing with them.
We are since Dec 10 trying to get our refund and they are keeping giving excuse

I'm here to share my experience with you. I bought a wig from them, they took a long time to deliver it, and when it arrived, it wasn't the same as the picture, the size didn't match the size I ordered, and it shed a lot of hair. When I contacted them to request a return, they refused to accept it, and when I explained the reason, they simply stopped responding to me. Do not buy from this company; they don't do anything they promise on their website.

My wig came in full and long and I’m a taller girl 5’9 to be exact and it touches my butt!!!

It took longer than I'm used to to receive my unit. I have ordered from Amanda before and they did not disappoint. I love my unit. No smell, no shedding just beautiful color and style. I guess I will have to learn to be patient

I had a wonderful experience with this order! The customer service was friendly, and the delivery was very quick. The hair quality is really lovely and soft, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the colour shown on the website was different from what I received. It looked brown online, but the hair I received was blonde.

I ordered with them, had no problem with the time frame. I needed it before Christmas and it was here in about a week. Once the wig arrived it was extremely thin. The description stated it was 300% density but it was not! They offered me $30 back on a $240 dollar wig. I even sent pictures and videos to support what I was telling them. Sorry but I was not satisfied at all
