Myself and my husband booked a couples energetic release session with Natasha recently and all we can say is wow! We were blown away with the whole experience. We couldn’t do it justice to put it into words on how effective this was for helping us shift through traumas (we didn’t even know existed) and there was a lot of things that came up for us personally which Natasha was able to guide us through after the session - she was very helpful with the aftercare also. We are currently embarking on a new journey to launch a business this year and Natasha was extremely supportive with how her services could help us and we really appreciated bringing the spiritual side into our work.

Natasha is very gifted in what she does and a true experienced professional. It’s worth saying we travelled our 2 hours and got someone to look after our kids just so we could do this session with Natasha and it was so worth it! Firstly Natasha and Minqwa make you feel very comfortable and most importantly, safe when you release whatever comes up during these sessions. I have attended 5 group sessions so far and have most definitely felt a shift in myself. I am far far more resilient. I feel more confident in myself in a calm/quiet way. The shifts are both subtle and powerful at the same time. It’s hard to explain but I just feel more in my own lane, don’t feel I need so much validation from others and feel quietly more self assured. I stood on a stage giving a presentation to over 200 people recently, which I’d have NEVER been able to before these sessions. It’s a different experience every time, different things come up and release unexpectedly which can be emotional, but you are supported throughout and after. I really do highly recommend.

I recently attended a spinal alignment group session with Natasha and Minqwa which was a very powerful healing experience. I had some deep emotional releases, which I needed some further support with. I do emotional processing on myself regularly, and this was the support I needed to help me release at a deeper level. You will be held in a safe space with love. They both have a beautiful energy.

Natasha has been a guiding light for myself and my husband and I have recommended her and what she does to so many of my friends. It was so powerful and life changing, and I’m lucky to have her in my life. Ps the crystals she has are amazing too, perfect presents for people.

I have never done anything like this before but I have to say I loved it! Natasha made me feel at ease from the get and by the time I have left an hour later I feel like a different person, also had the best nights sleep in a very long time. I am going to make this a regular thing in my life. Can't recommend enough!
