I cannot stress enough how strongly I **do not recommend** this company.

Not only was the bra extremely poor quality, but it arrived with frayed material and didn’t even fit properly—even though I sized **down** based on their sizing recommendations.

At checkout, I specifically selected the “secure” and “free returns” option. However, when I attempted to return the bra, I was shocked to find that I would be charged **$15.99** for the return. I contacted customer service, and the experience was just as disappointing as the product itself. They offered me only about **$28** back on a **$55** purchase after deducting the return fee.

I have never purchased such a poor-quality item only to then be expected to pay nearly $16 just to return it. Advertising “free” or “secure” returns and then charging customers a substantial fee feels incredibly misleading.

The bra was so poorly made and the customer service experience was so frustrating that I ultimately threw it in the trash rather than continue dealing with the company.

Save your money and buy from a reputable, trusted brand. You’ll likely get a much better product, honest return policies, and customer service that actually stands behind what they sell.

Order NOT received!

I have ordered a top and leggings. It’s been almost 3 months! I have yet to receive my order. Poor costumer service as well, they do not respond to emails.

I ordered an activewear top and followed their sizing recommendation. They suggested a size small, but I ordered a medium because I never wear a small top. When it arrived, even the medium was too tight.

I’ve contacted the company by email to ask how to return the product, but I haven’t received a response. I also sent them a message on Instagram, and still no reply. It’s frustrating that their sizing chart recommended a small when the medium doesn’t even fit. Very poor customer service.

My order of the capitvate top has not been received. I have sent multiple emails to Alura Fit’s email address. I have tried to use their chat function which doesn’t work.

I received a notification indicating my order was delivered to an address in a different city from the one I live in.

After multiple emails I have yet to receive a reply from this company.

I highly recommend not ordering from this company if you wish to receive your items or even a role.

Very disappointment. I follow an influencer that promotes this product and I plan to send her a message as well.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely frustrating and exhausting.

I waited weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally came, some of the items sent were incorrect. I initiated a return immediately and shipped the items back the next day using the prepaid USPS return label provided through Alura’s return system.

USPS confirmed the package was accepted and delivered to their warehouse. I returned multiple items together in one package, including several thicker leggings and shorts.

After weeks of back-and-forth emails, Alura claimed they only received one pair of leggings inside the package. They refunded only part of the return, charged a restocking fee, and refused to refund the remaining balance to the original payment method, offering store credit instead.

From the customer side, there is no way to verify what happens after a package is delivered to their warehouse, yet the customer is expected to absorb the loss if there is an alleged warehouse discrepancy.

The most disappointing part was the amount of time spent trying to resolve this professionally through customer service with no meaningful resolution.
