2. Exchange & Pricing:
You requested to exchange the L-shaped sofa (purchased for 1,400 AED) for a 5-seater sofa originally priced at 1,000 AED. However, the exchange was not refused. The price adjustment to 1,500 AED reflected the condition, quality, and market value of the 5-seater model you selected at the time of exchange. This was not an act of taking advantage but a fair business decision based on the specific item you chose.

3. Delivery Charges:
The delivery fees were communicated and agreed upon prior to service. Any charges incurred were for services rendered, and no hidden fees were added.

1. Pricing on Initial Visit vs. End of Day
You mentioned that our representative gave you good prices initially but then adjusted them later in the day.
Our clarification:
Pricing on used furniture and appliances can be subject to change based on demand, the time of purchase, and the total volume of items selected. However, any price adjustment would have been clearly communicated before you agreed to proceed. If at any point you felt the final price was unreasonable, you were free not to complete the purchase. You stated that overall you still found the total price “reasonable.”

2. Delivery Charges – From AED 350 to AED 750 (then AED 600)
You agreed to a provisional delivery fee of AED 350, to be confirmed closer to the delivery date.
Our clarification:
When the delivery date arrived, our team assessed the actual volume and size of the items to be delivered. Because the furniture required a larger truck and multiple trips, the final cost increased. This was explained to you at that time. After negotiation, you agreed to pay AED 600 – a reduction from the quoted AED 750.
We acknowledge that the delivery took longer than expected (approximately 5 hours), and for that we apologize. However, the fee was based on the size and complexity of the move, not the number of hours alone.

3. Broken Couch – Request for AED 150 to Fix
You reported that the couch was delivered broken, and when you sent pictures, we offered to repair it for an additional AED 150.
Our clarification:
We take responsibility for items damaged during delivery. However, because the issue was discovered after delivery and after the delivery team had left, we offered to cover the repair at a reduced cost (AED 150) rather than the full market rate. We regret that you found this unsatisfactory. As a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to revisit this issue if you contact us directly.

4. TV Stand – Scratched Condition
You accepted a TV stand based on photos, but upon delivery found it scratched and requested a return.
Our clarification:
We agreed to the return on the spot, which you acknowledged. The item was not forced upon you, and the issue was resolved immediately. We do not see any ongoing problem regarding the TV stand.

5. TV Pricing – AED 1,800 for a Used 60″ LG TV
You compared our price to a new 65″ LG TV available for AED 2,000.
Our clarification:
Used appliance pricing depends on the specific model, age, original retail price, condition, and market availability. A new entry‑level 65″ TV may be priced at AED 2,000, but that does not mean every used 60″ TV should be significantly cheaper. You were not forced to purchase the TV, and you chose not to buy it. No transaction took place, so there is no financial issue to resolve.
