Alternativepods.com Anmeldelser

I have been using alternative pods ever since my cousin showed me their website a little over a year ago. They always have the vaps and flavors I want and I have never had a problem with a bad or faulty vape. I never have to worry what the local vape shop has in store anymore and that is very refreshing. And on top of that, their prices are so good they are saving me money! Especially with the additional coupons from signing up with them.

The only issue I did have so far was handled very quickly by Sam in customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I plan on using AP for many future orders, they are the best in the business!

I ordered from this store and i had emailed them to correct a mistake on order and I hadn’t got a reply as quickly as i wanted i tried to call but couldnt get in touch and for a moment i thought this was a scam. Lo and behold Sam did email back and did make correction and i got my vapes in 2 days. I am very happy and will continue from now on to do business with these folks.

Great customer service and very fast shipping! My husband and I have tried other online shops but Alternative Pods have all the others beat by far!! Their deals are unbeatable and products are great!

They shorted me 2 capes and aren't responding to emails to resolve it watch out or they'll keep your money too

By far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from a company in a long time. Responded to my emails right away, were able to accommodate my mistake and helped fix it for me quickly. They usually always have plenty of what I like in stock and if for some odd chance it’s sold out it’s usually back in stock within a couple days. Their prices are the best on the internet and they usually ship the same day I place my order. I haven’t and won’t use any other websites to order my vapes. I also really like how they are upgrading the websites user interface.

Great with their costumers and products! Thank you for being a great company! :)

They have a great selection of products. Customer service is fantastic. If I have had any issue with a product customer service gets back to me quickly and has always resolved any issues I may encounter. Very satisfied with their services and products

I have been buying from Alternative Vape for a while now and have never had a bad experience. They always have exactly what I want. They have great prices. Fast shipping. And the one time I received an item that didnt work, they were very fast about helping me and refunding. I recommend Alternative Vape to everyone that I know!

I get my vapes for a great price and I have tried quite a few, I think that the company is great they always get back to me fast and they always fix the problem or answer any questions about the vapes, I have tried other sights and I think that the price here and the choice is unbelievable compared to others, I highly recommend it.

Great customer service and quick response time!

I made a mistake by buying a bulk of the wrong flavor and customer service Sam was so helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions.

I wish I could give a 100 star review for this place. Aside from amazing selection and price , their customer service is exceptional. Order from these guys without any hesitation!! I will never shop elsewhere!

I received the wrong order (it was my fault), and they allowed me to change it, gave me time to do it, and replaced it with new ones. Thanks so much

Great company to order disposable vapes from. Been doing it for a little over a year now and out of all the online ones I've tried, alternative pods has been the best. Recommend using them for your vape purchases.

This company has a great selection and great prices. Their customer service is also phenomenal! Best in the game! I've ordered from them many times, and will continue to do so

Easy to reach, fast response, and super-great resolution handled with kindness by a friendly dude.. Sam was great!
