Very Disappointing Experience – Beware
I contacted this office seeking assistance for fine reduction for my two children, where the total fines amounted to AED 33,000. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Initially, a staff member named Isra contacted me and confidently assured that the fines would be reduced to a maximum of AED 6,000, while their service charge would be AED 3,800. She also clearly stated that a refund would be provided if the work was not completed.
She arranged a meeting with the manager, Taranum, who repeated the same assurances. During the meeting, she even calculated the figures in front of us and stated there was a 99% chance of reduction based on our documents, including medical reports and court papers. I had clearly explained my medical condition and financial difficulties, and they repeatedly reassured me that everything would be handled smoothly.
We made the payment on 12th February. However, after receiving the payment, communication from their side almost completely stopped. Our calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored, and we had to continuously follow up and visit the office multiple times just to get updates.
On 18th February, when we requested a refund due to the lack of progress, Taranum claimed that the application had already been submitted on 15th February. However, the details she later shared showed that the application was actually submitted on 18th February at 9 PM, which clearly contradicts what we were told earlier.
Later, we discovered that the application had already been approved with only a 50% reduction, which is something we could have done ourselves without paying AED 3,800. Additionally, they had used their own contact details instead of ours, which meant we were not receiving any updates from Immigration. Despite this, they continued telling us there was no update.
When we confronted them after verifying the information directly with Immigration, their attitude became rude and dismissive, as if they had done us a favor. We were given no proper explanation regarding the service charges.
Overall, this office showed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and honesty. It appears that their priority is simply to collect fees, after which communication and responsibility significantly decline.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.
I also request serious action to be taken regarding the conduct of the staff members involved, particularly Taranum and Isra.

This is a very bad company we applied for fine deduction they took 1500 AED and after they took the money no one called us back they didn't take our calls and they took more than 20 days saying the application not yet processed until we called the government of dubai and they said this application is rejected because there is no any reasons mentioned on the application so they just took the money and did nothing and until now if we ask them about the application they will say under process they don't even follow up to know it's been rejected

There are totally fraud. They took your money after that they didn't contact with you and they just waste your time. After 1 month they call you and say we have received your original work permit kindly visit the office pay the next installment after getting the installment on the name of work permit they provide you fake papers and says that we will receive your original documents within few days. After that no response no call no messages no email reply
It's around 2 years they didn't do my work and not refund my amount.

Once you arrive, you are taken into a room where they aggressively pitch various “attractive” immigration packages. Through pressure tactics and misleading promises, they push you into making an immediate payment.
After the payment, everything stops. No proper service is delivered, follow-ups are ignored, and their customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with. I formally requested a refund, and for the past five months they have been deliberately delaying, giving excuses, and playing around without any resolution. I am completely stuck dealing with an incompetent and unresponsive customer support team.
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Businesses operating in this manner should not be allowed to continue misleading people. I am going file a legal complaint against them and hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.

This tawkel Center is scamming with clients & never deliver the service they promise. They just take people's money & never give service I paid AED 1000 for overstay fine reduce invoice no ATI202512/0316 not Refund i loss my money and loss my time more than 30 days and 12 times i visit office more than 100 call and messages but nothing happened.

The 5 stars rating is for their people who they pay them to put google review.

Please be careful of those companies save your time and money.

Now it's more than a month for my refund and it's reached 2000 fine which they are not taking responsibility and they don't care.
They paid half my money after 5 times going thier office and 3 deadlines .
and supposed to pay by today again didn't pay my money 22/10/25.
