Alpo - Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps Anmeldelser

I recently had an air conditioning unit installed by ALPO, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional.

The team was punctual, arriving right on time as scheduled. They were courteous and took the time to explain the installation process in detail, answering all my questions patiently. The technicians displayed a high level of expertise and professionalism, ensuring that the installation was done efficiently and correctly.

The quality of the installation is top-notch. The unit works perfectly, and the difference in my home's comfort level is remarkable. The team also made sure to clean up after the job, leaving no mess behind, which I greatly appreciated.

Overall, ALPO exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of air conditioning installation.

Fantastic experience from Celcius!
We had Aircon installed in our home, the job was finished in a day; and writing this from a week later I can't fault their work. A very professional team and a great job all round!

Good service quick install , managed to fit in a cancellation. All works well. Highly recommended.

A thoughtful and carefully executed retrofit of air conditioning in my bedroom, carried out by Alex and his team. We’re very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Celsius Airconditioning.

Had multi split AC units installed in two bedrooms. From the initial consultation to the commissioning of the system the service was fantastic. Alex offered solutions and options to every aspect of the install and when Celcius were on site they were extremely polite and respectful of our home. A very good, professional and affordable service. Very happy I chose to go with Celcius rather than another supplier and would recommend them to anyone, I would definitely use them again.

Installation of a 3 port system completed quickly and efficiently. Everything left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the results.

Very impressed from the outset in terms of how Alex came up with different solutions and helped us choose the best system. Suggested the external units would look better if painted the same colour as the external walls to make them blend in. This makes final product look so much better. Alex and James did a great job on the installation, incredibly diligent but also very helpful, tidy and friendly. Nothing was ever too much for them. Very happy with our system (cools the room fast but can also help heat it quickly if needed) and will definitely use them again. Thoroughly recommended.

Having had aircon at our last house it was on the list of things for our new place. We wanted a local company to work with us and after reading reviews and speaking to Alex we chose Celsius to help us.

From first phone call we were impressed, Alex gave us a rough idea of what system to give us and a ball park figure, he then came out to us for a proper look round and talked through options to get us the best system for our needs.

The attention to detail even went down as far as what colour outside units and trunking so they blend in (as much as possible) with the house as our house has white rendered walls on top of dark brickwork.

The install happened on a terrible weather week but James got it done, it took a day longer than he hoped because the weather was just so bad but it didn’t stop him from doing a brilliant job of it.

What is most impressive is that we had a small issue following install that was to do with our consumer unit but Alex worked with us to find a solution and we now have a great system installed that is just what we wanted.

The units themselves are sleek and a lot cheaper to run than the system we had at our old house.

Really happy with the job Alex and James did for us and would highly recommend them.

A big thanks to Alex and his team for a great service!

We had an air-con installed in our bedroom and chose Celsius for the work. James did the installation for us. Really polite & professional and the install is a really tidy job. Could not be happier. It’s very comforting to see that there are still companies that put the customer experience at the heart of their business.
I have no hesitation to recommend Celsius.
Many thanks Alex and team.

After careful research I chose a Daikin system and selected Celsius Air Conditioning run by Alex McGuinness to install the system. I found that Daikin has the best reputation of any of the air conditioning manufactures both for quality of its units, their efficiency and quietness.

Alex did an initial site visit and explained what would be needed to provide my home with the best combination of units to cool the home and also in the winter to warm the home. This would see the gas central heating used only for heating water for a shower.

Thanks to Alex and his team, James and Clayton, who came and installed my system in less than two days. They are great workers, clean, tidy and very professional in all there activities, making no mess. Explaining the process that needed to be done and how to optimise the units they were putting in.

After the units were in Alex went through how to work with the system and also about how to keep it operating at peak performance, between the recommended yearly services.

Great service by the Census team, thank you.

My recent purchase of AC units from Celcius was a trouble free experience. Alex and James did a good neat job of installing the units. Highly recommended.

Alex and the team at Celsius installed a ducted air conditioning system in three rooms for us. Our experience was great from the first contact through to completion of the work. Alex gave us an honest appraisal of options which helped us ensure the right solution. Throughout the installation the team were very mindful of impact on us, keeping disruption to a minimum, and leaving everything clean and tidy. The installation was complicated by limited loft space for the ducted system, and some unexpected issues, but Alex and the team came up with solutions to ensure they delivered what we wanted. We are delighted with the outcome, and would highly recommend Celsius.

Reliable, efficient and trustworthy team. Great communication with start date and turned up exactly as planned, even in storm Noa!
Very thoughtful and clean installation. I highly recommend this company.

Alex and the Celsius ac team provided a professional, smart ac/heat air source solution for us - friendly and knowledgeable, we are pleased with the outcome.

Alex was easy to communicate with and very professional. He advised what unit would suit us best and fitted it when he said he would. The fitters were very friendly (especially the very tall one). We wouldn't hesitate to use Celsius again. We also love the unit.

Alex was very good with explaining the process, choosing the right Air-conditioning unit and preparation pre-installation.
On the day Alex and his team did a beautiful job and was able the install in external unit in a difficult to reach out of the way area.
The black Daikin Aircon is effective and a stunning addition to the bedroom.

What a wonderful company we are so happy with the service we received absolutely perfect very professional and respectful of our home we couldn’t fault anything we are very happy with our units and the install nothing was to much trouble we are sat at home this evening enjoying our new units

I highly recommend Celsius Air Conditioning... Alex and Max completed the job on time and with minimal impact, which for a retail store was very important. The whole experience was a pleasure and we now have an efficient, good looking heating and cooling system; creating a comfortable environment in store. Thank you Alex and Max.

I could not recommend Celsius more. They came to quote with 24 hours of an initial phone enquiry and sent a quote through almost immediately after that. Alex was helpful, knowledgeable and ensured a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Our unit was difficult to install, but they persevered until it was completed to their very high, exacting standards. They took time to help put the room back together and spent time going through everything that they had done with us. Alex didn’t leave until we were comfortable with everything and was professional from start to finish. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to others - I’m not sure why anyone would use anyone else. Outstanding.
