Just back from a wonderful week in Montchavin La Plagne staying in Chalet Edelweiss. Beautiful chalet in a great location. Chalet hosts Georgia and Daisy were fantastic! The food was delicious, they were warm and friendly and looked after us well. Ski hire was easy as Tim brought everything to the chalet for us and was on hand for any ski/boot issues. Big thank you to our drivers too…Jack, Harry & Kia. Highly recommend.

Stayed at chalet Edelweiss in Montchavin. Georgia and Daisy were perfect chalet hosts. Great food and very helpful all week. Mike was great on the ski tech and jack on transfers excellent

Good pick up service at the airport with Kia, who was very friendly and professional. Hosts Daisy and Georgia coped well with our prearranged dietary needs plus a few that cropped up. They were permanently cheerful too!
Chalet was comfortable, good bathrooms and with plenty of hot water. A full chalet of 15 would have been very tight at dinner though, even 13 was a squeeze!
Harry as ski tech was very helpful and ensured changes to boots could be made.
A few suggestions: a good vacuum and of the seating area midweek wouldnt go amiss. Wifi on the lower floors was awful but Laura made arrangements for those of us with zoom calls to go next door to use an empty room. Very grateful, but not a longer term solution.
Transfer back was flexible and efficient despite the farmers strike creating chaos on the roads.
Access to a gondola was amazing - the closest we have ever been. Good all round resort that we would visit again and with Alpinium.

Great location and Ambre our host was truly magnificent, Ambre cooked us all some amazing dishes and she was very warm and welcoming. We had a fun evening of raclette and Danny our host for the evening and made it a memorable experience. The view from the chalet was s stunning just a shame I could not experience more of the slopes after breaking my collar bone on the first day, having a great chalet to recover in made all the difference. A big thank you to Alpinium.

Well what a week!

Firstly Harry warmly welcomed us at the airport for our transfer, displaying remarkable patience amid the chaotic traffic caused by farmers' strikes on the way to the chalet. His dedication deserves commendation. Upon arrival, we were embraced by the delightful duo, Beth and Elle. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness made us feel right at home, extending their care from the moment we arrived to our departure.They created a homely atmosphere and treated us to delicious breakfasts and dinners, not to forget the outstanding cake (the brownies were a particular highlight!). The chalet itself was spacious, cozy with a lovely fire, and conveniently close to the slopes. I would also recommend a fantastic local bar/restaurant "La Ferme", which is just a short walk up the road, a great atmosphere (especially when France are playing in the 6 Nations). Special thanks to Beth, Elle & team for enhancing the overall experience.

Arrived at the airport and was picked up within five minutes by Sion. Arrived at the chalet and was greeted by Lydia and her sister Ruby, who were brilliant hosts the whole week. The food was up to the usual excellent standard and I particularly like the way they ski equipment and ski passes are delivered the evening you arrive so you waste no time hitting the slopes on the first day! All in all, another excellent holiday with Alpinium, and will be looking to book again next year!

Great organisation before the trip and well looked after during our stay

We got off to a disappointing start when our chalet booking was cancelled without explanation and we therefore lost money on flights that had to be cancelled, only then to be offered the chalet again and had to re-book the flights. That said, the holiday itself was good at Chalet Eidelweis, with Georgia and Daisy doing an amazing job as chalet hosts. They catered for a wide variety of dietary requirements with consummate ease and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our transfers to and from the airport were well organised and carefully driven by Jack (Westley) who along with Sean and Kai made for a very efficient transfer service for our party and the family we shared the chalet with. Our ski equipment was delivered, fitted and adjusted as required by Tim and Harry who showed expert knowledge and always made themselves available for any tweaks to ski equipment. The friendliness and service of the Alpinium Team more than made up for the initial problems with the cancelled booking.

We had the most amazing week. Daisy, Georgia, Jack, Sion, Harry, and Tim went above and beyond for us. Great location next to the ski lifts, chalet was lovely and clean. The hot tub was perfect relaxation after a day of skiing. Food was deliciously cooked by our lovely, warm hosts Daisy and Georgia. Transfers by Jack and Sion went smoothly and Tim and Harry the ski techs had everything waiting for us and were on hand with any ski/boot issues. Best skiing holiday ever! Beautiful chalet in Montchavin, la Plagne and the chalet hosts Daisy and Georgia were equally amazing- they made our experience perfect and went above and beyond. Never experienced anyone as attentive and helpful as they were, the food was amazing and we had the best time. The transfer was very smooth, Jack and Sion were great from start to finish and there was lots of space in the people carrier for all of us to sleep comfortably on the way. Shout out to the ski tech guys as wel who delivered our boots and ski rentals, they were very informative and were just a phone call away anytime we had any issues or needed skis/boots changed. Highly recommend

Fabulous week in Montchavin at chalet edelweiss. Beautiful chalet in Great location only minutes to the main bubble lift. Hot tub overlooking the slopes a real treat to come back to, along with delicious homemade cakes every day from Georgia one of our hosts & a warm fire. I’m a vegetarian so food always abit hit & miss in France but Daisy made me delicious meals every night and went out of her way to check in with me every morning to make sure I was happy with the plans for alternative meals, really appreciated. Ski hire was also a breeze with Harry & Tim who brought it to the chalet on arrival & happily swapped out mid week upon request to a different ski to suit the snow conditions better, again with no bother at all. Lastly a big thank you to our driver Jack who handled the French farmers strikes & delays like a total star & put up with our singing on route ! Will definitely come back with alpinium again. Thanks team

Wow!! Cannot fault this experience from collection at the airport - ski kit waiting in the boot room- panoramic view of the slopes from the sofa - to Ambre's AMAZING hosting and delicious meals!

Can’t rate the whole experience with this company high enough. From booking to end terrific . Superb staff chalet staff and standard of catering excellent. Nice touch with Mike the owner also looking into check all was Ok. All in all a great experience , great to find really good service still exists .

Great to deal with from booking to arrival. the chalet hosts have been great and the food has been perfect, cannot recomend highly enough .

There were 14 of us in total and all of us had the best week being looked after by Elle and Beth. All of our food was brilliant, the chalet was cleaned every day, the owners checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I'd 100% recommend this holiday to anyone, such a beautiful place and lovely people too.

Family adult holiday and first time in a catered chalet for a ski holiday, although been skiing for a lot of years. This company did not let us down. We were collected from the airport and from start to finish all staff were very friendly and helpful and intent on us having a good weeks holiday. they gave us tips on what was going on live bands/ice hockey match etc the food and drinks were fantastic and plenty of it, accommodation was very spacious and comfortable we did not want for anything. If you are going to the alps and this company are in your area worth giving them alook we would definately rebook.

Chalet Antony and Ambre 💕

Chalet Antony’s Ambre did an amazing job for my second week in resort in Reberty. On one day, after a full days skiing, Ambre came in at 4pm and didn’t leave until 11 pm which said much about her dedication and trying to please (at least 2) grumpy guests. I’m always amazed how ungrateful some holiday makers can be, especially when it comes to tipping, but the chalet Teams take it on the chin.

Antony and chalet Cleo with Zoe at the helm, work as a Team and cater for 8 guests each. The food was perfect, the location for ski access perfect and has a super local restaurant for our one night off. Thanks too to Harry and Danny for the transport and raclette. I’ll be back….🤣😇

What a truly memorable week in Chalet Antony. The Chalet was welcoming, comfortable and in a perfect location, very close to the slopes. Our Chalet host, Ambre made us feel very welcome with her warmth, attention to detail, delicious cooking, kindness and knowledge of the area which was commendable. All the meals were delicious (very filling!!) and Ambre always did her best to adapt to everyone’s needs. Coming back to tea and cake after a day of skiing was such a treat, especially loved the carrot cake!
Overall, it was a fabulous week with a delightful and engaging host in a comfortable, cosy chalet with some seriously delicious nosh! Highly recommended. Thank you Ambre for making our week so special.

Our family had a great week at the chalet in Montchavin. We were very well looked after by the team, especially Georgia and Daisy, who could not have been more helpful. Location to chair was easy, food was yum and town was cute and fun. Chalet was quiet at night for a good nights sleep. We were a group of 8, I would not want to stay with more than that as it would be a bit crowded.
