We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Snowflake Chalet. Despite limited snow, we had an amazing time thanks to the wonderful hosts, James and Katie, who were kind, fun and incredibly helpful. The food was outstanding — every meal was delicious, with the chocolate torte being a definite highlight!

Thanks also to Laura and Mike for organising everything so smoothly before our arrival. The chalet is perfectly located near the slopes and the lovely village of Montchavin, with a great local bar opposite. We’d highly recommend Alpinium and would love to return!

As a hosted chalet, this could not have been better. Annie and Barney were everything you could wish for - welcoming, attentive, engaging, accommodating - nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them, and the food was delicious! This was particularly impressive when looking after a party of varying ages and dietary requirements. The chalet itself (Edelweiss, Montchavin) is very well placed, lovely and well equipped, although just a little tight on space if you want to seat everyone at the table/on sofas at the same time.

Absolutely cracking week spent over Christmas at Edelweiss, expertly hosted by Barney and Annie who were attentive, charming and interesting in equal measures! The food was particularly delightful and they catered for all our needs (including those with a slightly larger appetite!)

The chalet hosts Barnie and Annie (Montchavin / Eidelweiss) were excellent , very attentive without being intrusive and they did a fantastic job of looking after us (especially on their first week and with it being Christmas as well!) thank you Charlie Lawson

Fantastic stay at Chalet Edelweiss. Our hosts, Barney and Annie were extremely attentive to our needs especially on the culinary side with a mix of dietary requirements in our group.

I am a coeliac thus strictly Gluten Free, and had zero issues. Those dishes which were not GF were adapted and it didn't feel that I was missing out. I even had my seperate afternoon cake. All top notch restaurant quality and delicious.

Annie and Barney made a special effort with our 7 and 10 year-olds during the Christmas week. A naughty elf kept appearing all over the chalet with various notes.

Although not the snowiest week, the chalet had easy access to a bubble to hit the snow proper. The kit was good quality (not that I'm an expert being and intermediate skier!)

Overal, could not recommend enough.

We had a fantastic Christmas week at Chalet Eidelweiss.
We opted for transfers, equipment and passes through Alpinium and the whole process was very smooth. Montchavin is also a great base to access the La plagne ski area with so many choices of lifts and runs. We also did some walks and ice skating.
Annie and Barney were the perfect hosts, they were helpful, friendly and fun and nothing was too much trouble. They definitely added to our whole experience and we can’t thank them enough.
We were treated to amazing food and table service all week and all dietary requirements and quirks were calmly and effectively catered for.
We would definitely recommend Annie and Barney, Chalet Eidelweiss and Alpinium.

I have years of experience with catered chalets in the alps, and this was by far the best. The hosts Annie and Barney were superb, with nothing being too much trouble. The food was excellent, especially Christmas Day. Kit hire was simple with it being delivered and collected from the chalet, and Sion on hand to sort any issues that might arise. We would certainly look to book again with Alpinium.

Chalet Edelweiss was such a fantastic base for our week skiing, lovely rooms, great hot tub, all topped off by Annie and Barney being amazing hosts. Our group had a lot of dietary requirements all of which were catered for. Having previously been with a lot of other catered chalet providers I would definitely recommend Alpinium.

Chalet Edelweiss was really amazing , Annie and Barney were so welcoming and very accommodating. I would 100% recommend.

Five Stars – A Perfect Ski Chalet Experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Chalet Flocons de Neige in Reberty with Alpinium. From the moment we booked, everything was seamless thanks to Laura, she made the entire process so easy, from payment to organising ski hire and lift passes. Nothing was too much trouble and her communication was excellent.

The chalet itself is beautiful, warm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, we had the added luxury of a bath. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, just what you want for a ski holiday.

Special thanks to our incredible hosts, Grace and Alex, who really made our stay memorable. The food was outstanding, delicious, generous, and beautifully presented every evening. They created a lovely vibe in the chalet and made everyone feel at home.

A special shoutout as well to the two Harrys, who hosted an unforgettable Raclette night, it was so much fun and one of the highlights of the week. A great atmosphere, lots of laughs, and of course, loads of melted cheese!

One of the standout features was the fantastic balcony with truly spectacular views across the mountains and the outdoor hot tub overlooking the snowy slopes was pure bliss after a day on the pistes.

The location is another huge plus, ideally positioned with easy access to the slopes, making it effortless to get out skiing each morning. Reberty is a peaceful little spot with stunning views and quick connections into the vast 3 Valleys area and some very lively aprés.

The whole experience felt effortless, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. We felt incredibly well looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend Chalet Flocons de Neige and Alpinium to others. Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

We had a lovely time staying at the chalet and spent a great week on the slopes, but what made it a truly special trip was the care and dedication we received from our hosts, Matt and Emilie. The chalet has everything you could ask for and is spacious yet cosy. The food prepared by Matt and Emilie was consistently superb and they always went above and beyond to look after us and make the holiday special. If only we could have stayed longer!

Had a wonderful stay. Chalet is clean and cosy with great communal areas and hot tub. Matt and Emilie were excellent hosts. I was the only vegetarian in a large group and received my own meal which was always incredible. Thank you for a great stay.

This was an experience of a lifetime and something we would definitely recommend to anyone! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well looked after and had a very comfortable stay.

Emilie and Matt were the perfect hosts at Chalet Edelweiss, taking great care of our group. Catering was exceptional and we were spoilt, night after night with delicious meals. As newbie skiers, they had great recommendations for slopes we could head to, and even gave us some tips and tricks to get us started.

We had the most incredible week at Chalet Edelweiss - it truly exceeded all expectations! What made the experience extra special was being looked after by our friends from home, Chef Matt and Host Emilie, who made us feel completely spoilt from the moment we arrived.

Matt’s food was nothing short of exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, thoughtfully planned, and absolutely delicious. From hearty breakfasts to indulgent afternoon cakes and restaurant-quality dinners, he nailed it every time. A personal favourite of mine was the Duck à l’Orange, and of course the sticky toffee pudding!

Emilie was a total star - always warm, welcoming, and on the ball. She kept the chalet spotless and somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the group made the whole stay feel so relaxed and comfortable.

The chalet itself was lovely: cosy, clean, and in a great location right near the les coches gondola which made getting out in the morning super easy, and returning after a few bière pêche very convenient! We also loved the hottub, but it was really Matt and Emilie who made this holiday so memorable. Their energy, professionalism, and passion for what they do made our week unforgettable.

Highly recommend Alpinium and Chalet Edelweiss - and if you’re lucky enough to get Matt and Emilie looking after you, you’re in for a real treat!

I had a fantastic week skiing being hosted by the charming couple Matt and Emilie. They worked tirelessly to make our experience as easy and comfortable as possible. We received a warm welcome with a glass of bubbly on arrival and were completely taken care of from then on. Our chalet was always kept clean and tidy and nothing was too much to ask for our hosts.
Mealtimes were a definite highlight, with easily the best food I have ever eaten at a catered chalet. It was clear lots of love, care and hard work had gone into making it.
Overall a fantastic chalet experience and I hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay at Chalet Edelweiss. Emilie and Matt were superb hosts, with incredible food provided and our every need taken care of. The duck a l’orange and the daily cakes were a particular highlight. The chalet was incredibly comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the slopes early. Would highly recommend it

We had a great week in Chalet Cleopatra in Reberty as a group of 4 friends. Laura and Mike were really helpful prior to our trip, arranging our transfers and lift passes, and it was handy having our skis/boards delivered to the chalet by the ski shop next door. Harry our driver was waiting for us at the airport and provided a friendly transfer to the resort.

The chalet is about a 2 minute walk to the slopes and is convenient for accessing both Val Thorens and Méribel. Being at the end of the season the snow was quite slushy around Les Menuires and Méribel in the afternoons, but we still had great conditions in VT.

We were fortunate that our party of 4 had the 8 person chalet to ourselves. The living area is on the smaller side and I would imagine would be quite cramped if there had been 8 of us. The hot tub on the balcony fits 3 comfortably (4 at a push) and was great to relax in after a tough day on the slopes.

Ella was a great host, serving us delicious food at breakfast and dinner and keeping us well topped up with wine. She was able to recommend bars for apres ski which we made the most of! She kept the chalet clean and tidy throughout the week and had cake waiting for us each afternoon.

We would have preferred to have had our towels changed midweek, this was offered for €5pp but think it should be included in the price of the chalet, especially given the hot tub use and that the robes are quite small in size.

Overall we had a great week and would recommend chalet cleopatra and Alpinium.

We have just returned from the most amazing ski trip hosted by Alpinium. Our chalet Flocon was literally 2 minutes walk away from the slopes and was really cosy inside - unusual for a chalet that sleeps so many people. The views of the mountains whilst having breakfast and dinner were spectacular. However what made this stay truly outstanding were our two chalet hosts Grace and Alex. Always there with a smile on their faces, attentive and fun. The food they made was delicious with a special mention for the chocolate profiteroles and chocolate fondant. They made the chalet feel like home. On Thursday night the two Harry’s took over for raclette night. This was so much fun. The “Harry’s” were brilliant hosts and careful drivers. Thank you Alpinium for making our stay so much fun - we will be back.

We had a wonderful week at Chalet Flocon Neige in Reberty with our lovely hosts Grace and Alex. Situated 30 meters from the slopes with brilliant views of the surrounding mountains. Good accommodation and great food (and Genepi). Can’t wait to go back.

We had an amazing skiing holiday staying with Alpinium in Chalet Edelweiss. We came end of season and the weather was warm and sunny, too hot at times in fact. That the snow was receding didn't matter as our chalet was 2 minutes walk from the telecabin and then a second put us 1800m up in to good snow. The location couldn't have been better.
Friendly driver picked us up from airport and took us to the chalet, even carried bags up for us.
Our chalet hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful and cooked amazing food for us, despite our difficult dietary requirements.
We'd taken the options for Alpinium to get ski passes and ski equipment for us. This meant the ski passes were already waiting for us and their ski tech came round the first evening to fit us with boots and skis. All very convenient!
The chalet itself was pretty nice and we enjoyed the hot tub a few times.
All in all a great holiday, 11couldnt fault Alpinium and will use them again next time.
