The upma account is the best I ever had I like it very much it's helping me benefit in my family for the future

We have been carefully guided on how to use our website and navigate how to purchase, lease and exchange money! Those helping us have been very courteous and helpful! We love how we have been treated and respected!

They have been very kind and helpful in helping us understand how goldbacks work and fair in their policies. Robyn has been especially helpful and patient.

Nathalie was very friendly and answered all my questions!

I have been back and forth several times with support to understand their processes and availability of information regarding each of the specific goldbacks. The answers have been great and follow-up questions have met with the same expediency and completeness of responses. It is so great to talk to an organization that is willing to 'talk' to their clients. The information is great.

The representative was knowledgable and the product is fantastic!

Alpine Gold is a great company. I switched some of my IRA to precious metals from the traditional IRA. They explained and helped me in a timely fashion. My questions are answered immediately. Also when my debit card from hometown bank was compromised I called my agent to make sure everything was good on my account at Alpine and UPMA. Everything was fine and they assured me they have a great fraud department. They utilize KYC (know your customer) very well. Can't go wrong with this company. I am pleased I have been with this company for approximately 2 years now.

Outstanding product and support!

It has been my pleasure to meet and interact with the highly dedicated and truly helpful staff as well as with the brilliant and visionary executives at Alpine Gold. I can honestly say that these men and women bring knowledge, professionalism and care to all that they do. I recently had a predicament in regards to a financial goal that I had with my Alpine Gold account. I am here to report that the staff went well above and beyond to help me to solve the situation and reach my goal. Many, many thanks to all you good people at Alpine Gold!

Great information and Customer Service

Great service and competitive pricing

My wife and I have met with Robin numerous times during the past month. Previously, we've met with other representatives of Alpine Gold. Without exception they have each been very customer oriented and knowledgeable. We are very grateful for them. I would like to highlight Robin in this review because during our appointments with her she has spent considerable time, and gone into much depth with us. As a retired bank officer, I had many questions before making a significant commitment to Alpine Gold. Robin is a gifted mentor. The fact that she has in-depth experience in this sector adds to her credibility. I appreciate her warmth and professionalism. We look forward to learning more, going forward.

Alpine Gold is a wonderful way to integrate gold, silver and Goldbacks into your everyday economic life. Love their innovation and responsiveness! Been doing business with them for years, so the track record is solid!

The personal attention we get. Robin has become a friend and I feel safe with her explanation of things . every one is is good at their job.

Very helpful in explaining the need for gold back currency and how and why it works so well with the dollar at risk of losing value. Very personable.

The face to face team within both of my local branches have consistently been kind, knowledgeable and shown up with an authentic desire to help with both my business and personal needs. I am a huge believer in their mission and grateful for the excellent member experience they provide.

Alpine Gold’s execution of gold and silver transactions are flawless, honest, transparent and always reliable. From personal experience their-team members always serve the best interest of their clients. We have been a client of Alpine Gold for 3 1/2 years and have transacted numerous buy orders of Goldbacks and silver coins to our complete satisfaction. Alpine Gold can be totally relied upon as a willing partner to serve their client’s best interests!

Alpine Gold Exchange has been wonderful company to work with my portfolio in gold and gold backs. They are the best in the industry.

I am big on communication. I greatly appreciate the friendly way that they have communicated with me about my investments. Their willingness to answer my question in a simple and concise way has impressed me. I have been investing with Alpine Gold from before covid 19; they have surpassed my satisfaction and thus will continue to be my precious metals investment partner moving forward.
