Alpha scootz sorted the problem
I did put up a bad review as waited too long for my bike.
Then Oscar the owner contacted me and sorted it
More than that he even gave me a free gift .
I like a lot of people gave a bad review.
But I now know it's because Oscar had staff problems
And now the staff that work there are doing a good job.
So I would honestly say I am completely happy with my two ebimes I purchased.

As we’ve already explained in our previous email, the bike has two light settings:
Daylight – This light is always on by design. It is completely normal and has minimal impact on battery usage.
Night/Beam Light – This is the stronger light used for night riding.
There is no issue with your bike — this is how the lighting system is designed to work.

Ordered bike october 2024,ages to come.front light didn't work.bad communication on their end.today they delivered nearly new bike in place of my new one.cant reach Chinese head office to complain.still waiting for my money back. I can't believe the rubbish company won't refund me?given everything back,bike related and no refund. They tell me they can take as long as they like order 18305 just been told remove review then I'll be refunded if not no refund? Is that even legal? Update, finally,after much lengthy debate,illegal demands I.e.removal by demand of review.i have been emailed saying refund has been given.i await seeing it in my account. Good Friday after all🤑 over all bad experience

Bought my son a electric bike for Xmas he has rode it 3 times something happened and it's not worked was sent the wrong piece 3 months I have waited not only that the only present my son got and not been able to ride it communication has not been useful having sent numerous videos
