I took 3 shots of the burn 20 and I didn’t experience anything that was advertised.

I purchased two bottles of Alpha Lion Burn through Amazon because Alpha Lion heavily advertises a 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Unfortunately, the product did not work for me despite maintaining a very active lifestyle. I strength train 3–4 times a week and walk for at least an hour almost every day. The only effect I noticed was increased sweating, but I did not experience any weight loss.

When I contacted Alpha Lion to request a refund, they refused because my purchase was made through Amazon, even though the product was their own brand. They repeatedly directed me back to Amazon instead of helping resolve the issue.

After spending a significant amount of time with Amazon customer service, Amazon—not Alpha Lion—issued a one-time courtesy refund for only one of the two bottles. Alpha Lion then claimed they had honored their guarantee, even though they did not provide the refund themselves and I am still out the cost of the second bottle.

My disappointment is not only with the product but also with the customer service. A money-back guarantee should give customers confidence that the company stands behind its products. That was not my experience.

I hope Alpha Lion will reconsider how they handle customers who purchase through Amazon and make the terms of their guarantee much clearer before people buy.

The product is great do not misinterpret the issue lies in the customer service not only is it arbitrarily hard to reach a customer service line by reading a lot of fine print their customer service is also terrible they tell you things you say you already know and are not a help at all I have placed 2 orders so far and was dissapointed with the shipping times the first time so I bought the faster shipping which took 2 days longer than the slow service so a big waste of money there not only that but the website is a cheat they blow up in your face about a monthly payment/subscription to get the product for cheaper while labeling free products you get making it seem like it’s not a subscription at all while it is also incredibly hard to find the location to cancel the subscription

I bought BURN Prework out powder and took this product over 1.5 months ago. Started taking it every morning before the gym.
Did it help me lean out more? Yes. No doubt.

But it caused me so much more. And not in a good way.

Scam company. Bad product.

This company is a total scam. Not only did they not deliver my order, they signed me up for a subscription that I told them repeatedly that I did not want. Found out on the second order that they have now double charged me. and have to dispute charges because they seem to be ignoring my requests to cancel the subscription.

I ordered with the correct address, a secure mailbox, and they did not ensure I received the product. After several A.I. emails, they suggested I contact my post office, which is obviously not going to help. That's not the way I run my business. Now they have bad reviews, and ruined an opportunity for a return customer.

Not only does the product not work.:: they have zero customer service. Like no one that responds. Emailed 3 times about a refund. No response

Have been taking the burn 2.0 and dad bod destroyer pack for a couple months now. And its amazing. After getting my diet in order, and hitting the gym 5 days week, ive been bulking up and losing fat. Ive only lost 8 lbs overall. But im pretty sure ive lost 30 lbs fat or so, and put on a lot of muscle. Their protein drinks are so dang good(only had the samples they send, have a lot of protein to use before I can order) highly recommend. Great products, and great customer service. Top notch all around

Everything about their products are great! (minus the price from time to time) Taste is incredible, I wish they had more flavors because they are killing the game in the flavor department. I use only alpha lion for pre and post workout. Protein always taste great, pre work out always gives me exactly what I need to get through any work out, and on nights when I hit the gym a little late, their alpha lion sleep blend gently calms my whole body for a great nights sleep to help with recovery and I'm always good to go the next day!

Only brand I trust when it comes to extra help in the gym.

I got the Dad Bod Stack and have reordered it three times so far. The pricing isnt always the best but it is well worth the price. Their customer service is also pretty easy to deal with!
