Placed an order, Came very quickly - was 5 pack mystery masks and a decal.. got 5 masks that were all the exact same color and NO decal... Horrible mystery package all same color wow.. no email to email them a complaint or even ask questions

Ordered early April. Finally received an email early May merchandise was on its way. It never came. Contacted them late May. No response. There isn't an email or phone number so I had to contact them the same way again in June through the live chat. No response again. Finally an email was sent to me a few days later that my place in line was secure and they will contact me when it is my turn. Another month later and it's currently July with no merchandise or refund. $60 down the drain and I can't seem to get any information on how to report their fraud, so I have taken to writing poor reviews (deserved). Their Instagram ads must've bitten off more than they could chew in many ways.

Ordered 5 face shields on 6/26 and received my order in the mail on 7/2. The order was correct unlike some reviews I've read. Thanks Alpha Defense Gear!

This company seems to be a scam I paid for their product. They say it was shipped and since it shows delivered they can’t do anything even though I didn’t receive what I paid for.

I made an order on somewhere in the middle of June 2020. I got 2 sets of star hat bundles. One american flag and one pink flag. Both came with 3 random face shields and 1 random sticker. My order arrived and there was only one hat but everything else as correct. I went to their website. No email address what so ever. They have a live chat function but it was already closed (more on that in a a minute). There parent company SA Company had a customer service email (no response) and has the same physical location as Alpha Defense Gear. The next day I tried the Live Chat. I listed my problem and waited hours. No response. The top of the Live Chat has an estimated wait time for someone to respond. It just said hours for someone to respond. I waited for the next day and actually got someone to reply. "Crystal" says they are out of stock on all straw hats and wouldn't have any until after July 1st. I asked if that was why I didn't even get one of mine and she said no but they were low stock at the time. I then asked what I needed to do and she said come back to live chat after July 1st.

Total crock. Don't waste your time. They say they are veteran owned but as far as I can tell they are veterans of the Great Toilet Paper Raid of 2020 or to take back the Golden Arches in Minnesota (aka McDonalds ) I have no doubt I will never see the missing straw hat. Not going to waste my time complaining to my credit card company.

They are a FRAUD! DON'T DEAL WITH THEM! I don't believe that they are VETERANS! I ordered a sun hat and they sent it promptly, but a week later they sent me another one I didn't order and double-billed my credit card! There is NO way to contact them! They have no phone or Email. They have chat which they NEVER acknowledge. At least I got something, most people get NOTHING! Read the reviews!

placed an order 04/05/20 finally received my order today 06/10/20. Did not get one thing correct in my order. Do not buy from this company. Customer service is off line most of the time.

After waiting over 30 days for my order and sitting on their online service chat twice (once for over 4 hours) I only received 2 of the specific items I ordered and the rest were totally random. Tried to call, but they removed their phone number and tried to wait for the chat, but once again after 30 mins could not sit any longer. Horrible service, horrible order would not at all recommend. Not to mention one of the ones we actually ordered that showed up was done so poorly it's ridiculous.

These guys suck. Take your money, no call no email no nothing......stay away

Total scam!!! Waited more than a month for my order and they sent me completely different things than I ordered. They sent a card saying this is “the most similar” masks to what I ordered. Basically admitting their guilt. So how is it legal for me to pay for something but be given something completely different and still be charged for it. I get it if I said hey here is my CC info just send me a mystery package but I didn’t. But that’s basically what they did. Total scumbags.

April 15th I bought facemasks. Haven't even got a tracking number. There chat don't work. No emails. Blocked me on Facebook. Cause I said its it's a scam

Quick to charge my card but I can’t get any customer service! I so wish I read the reviews before I ordered!! I received no confirmation emails,I have attempted to “chat” but get put on hold #99 in queue but it never moves!!!
I understand it may take a bit longer however why do I continue to see advertisements for this company and they can’t get out the orders they have or talk to the customers?

UPDATE... Received a call from SA Company representative "Mike" said he would get right on it! That was well over a week ago and still no order confirmation, no shipping information, or any word from SA at all! However, they still have my money and are still advertising! 21 days!!! NOTHING!

I finally received my first correspondence on June 1st, in reference to my order on April 30th! The email was from Alpha Defense Co. telling me my order has shipped!!! I find this funny because when SA refused to give me any answers I ordered from... yes the Alpha Defense Co!
I placed my order and received my items in THREE DAYS! Now I see that they are the SAME company!!
SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM SA and ALPHA DEFENSE !!!

Of course I still don't have the items!! How long will it take? Will it be correct?

Scam/Poor Business tactics

Literally one of the worst I've dealt with. Sent wrong order for my "safety" (nice gesture). Then when I asked about there "we will do anything to make it right" policy was told my original order would be resent within 30 days. checked in within 30 days, and get told I won't be receiving my original order, pick new items!

I ordered what I wanted, and it was reported in stock at the time. Then out of nowhere and with no notification I get the wrong items, I get shorted an item, and I get promises multiple times that were never delivered on. I'm filing Better Business Bureau complaints and Paypal disputes as well.

Scam Artist's!!! Stole my money, no response back. This is SA Fishing Company that sells masks, started this same company because SA Fishing has the worse reviews, and stole from tons of people. Same people, they just changed the name. Beware!!!!!!!

Been a month no word, messaged their contact us a week ago no reply

Placed order April 15, 2020. Still have not received a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails, no one has responded. I try to chat online to them, I get a long generic message explaining that they are very busy filling orders. I call the listed number, their office is closed. Terrible customer service, I will never order from them again, veteran owned or not!

Ordered April 13. No communication. Charged my card. Crickets. Betting the Vet owned is a scam. Their customer service sucks and is non existent. Their instant message system sub par as well.

See even after reading this review you won't contact in person or by email. If i could i would make it half star..

This company has handled this covert 19 outbreak horribly the way they do business online and orders small business that should not have any effect on how they make their deliveries yet they do not respond to your emails there's no way to call them they do not respond to your chat request yet I'm sitting 30 days out from an order and no one to ask about it. They should be thriving right now instead of stealing people's money and then tell him how to be 30 to 45 days before you get a ship

Horrible service. I have been waiting weeks for my order with promise after promise of delivery. Terrible

Paid for my order, waited and waited. Order never arrived, Contacted them and they gave me a sad story about they sold to many and it would ship in the week. They even gave me a tracking number. Well the tracking number was a dud and the package was never sent. Emails from a Michael are lies and he does not answer emails any more. Rip off company.
