Absolute terrible customer service. The only thing worse is their shipping over 2 weeks says it shipped from Miami coming to Canada. I could have trained a turtle to walk there and back faster. Fuckalphadefensegear

Happy with what I got 👍🏼👍🏼 but missing 3 arm sleeves, had big order, still no reason for it. Been calling customer service all week only getting answering machine 👎🏼👎🏼 I see in reviews that's maybe the biggest problem... Would of got 5 stars from me otherwise!! ADC get your 💩 together, if you want better reviews!!

Ordered antenna

The adapters for the antenna don’t even fit the antenna Can’t reach anyone in customer service to return it. Call and they don’t answer or hang up, no email and live chat doesn’t work. Never do business with these phonies

I bought a black bullet antenna and it faded green in a few months. Product is garbage. This company doesn’t stand behind it. Ohhhh but wait. There’s a 20 day return warranty. 20 days because that’s about how long the colors last. 0/10 TRASH

I bought a bullet antenna the reception is horrible and within 3 months it started fading lost or color I got in touch with customer service and so sad too bad !!! Poor customer satisfaction and product sucks !!!

I bought the bullet antenna love it and everybody else seems to like it to. Not even a year yet the projectile has faded and the casing has faded it’s fading I would like a refund but I can’t contact them it always says after hours

I ordered without reading all the reviews, but wish I would have. On their website it states the bullet antenna will work for Jeep wranglers and shows pictures of them. It seemed to be good quality when opening, but it does NOT work for my '17 JKU with the factory mount. The base of the antenna is too wide and will not screw down all the way. I reached out to customer service hoping they had an installation video with a Jeep so I could make sure it wasn't user error. I was told that they do not work for Jeep wranglers. I said it was promoted all over their website and she asked for a picture as proof!! I sent a screenshot and she said I was right, but couldn't help me.

I have had this for 53 days. The lower part (shell casing) is turning green from black. It came scratched as well. Contacted customer service and their response is that this is not normal but exposure to sun and rain can cause the colors to change. You do know that this is a car antenna right? Cheap Chinese Junk. Avoid. If I had known that Alpha Defense Gear and SA were the same company I would have never bought anything from them. They are both terrible in fulfillment and quality.

So I got my antenna on my truck unlike most, piece of junk only lasted about 45 days. It broke just going down the road, called the company they Said the warranty is only good for 30 days. So just plan on buying one every 45 days and life's good
