Almased is wonderful
Almased is wonderful! I was one of the lucky winners for the 3 pack of Almased cans and they arrived fast and in perfect condition. My favorite flavors to add is cinnamon and vanilla extract with unsweetened almond milk. This always keeps me full until the next shake. I lost 6 lbs in the first three days of just shakes for all 3 meals. I incorporated a healthy meal on the 4 day and lost another 4 lbs. So 10Ibs in 14 days is great and the way I feel is the best part. My plan is to keep going until I reach my goal! Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the best!
Absolutely the best protein drink ever. I have diabetes and it’s difficult to maintain my blood glucose levels no matter what I do. About 5 years ago, I discovered Almased because of the reviews about other diabetics using it as a safe, effective weight loss regimen. I’ve tried many protein drinks and never had any positive result. Almased is the best out there. I’ve gone as long as 2 weeks and my glucose levels are perfect, which is not the norm for me. It’s easy to use, delicious, and effective in both of my needs: weight loss and maintain sugar levels.

Customer Care Non-existent
Hi, I have purchased Almased a lot over the last two years. (At least 15 to 20 containers) In March 2022 I received a new container, with only two thirds content in the container! I have written two complaints on their British website at least ten days ago. I have received no reply. I wrote to their nutritionist and received no empathy and basically told me it was impossible. I can never get through to their telephone number. I have left messages and no one gets back to me.
Their customer care is non-existent!

I started on Monday and the first 2 days was hard, I had a terrible headache, then I realized that I used tsp instead of tbsp. When I adjusted it to the right measure it was super easy. I lost lbs. in 6 days. It is really easy to do, and I don’t have sugar craving or super hungry all the time. I keep doing the first phase for 7 more days to reach my weight goal.
I tried all the famous diets out there and none was as budget friendly or easy and effective as this one.

Consider this an investment in your life savings account...
I've had a wonderful experience with this product and have ordered multiple cans at this time. I started the process perhaps March of this year and had great success. I really didn't see the scale move much but more so a reduction in inches to the point that I was purchasing x-smalls and 2's. Fast forward through some major life changes and I've backslid but getting started again.
Definitely the first few days are the most difficult. The taste certainly isn't that of ice cream but it is not the worst. I was never a junk food person so the taste is not a problem.
For those struggling with taste, you have to give your taste buds time to adjust.
For those struggling with cost, do the math. If you do the 14 day fast how much would it cost you to feed yourself for 14 days? And at 2 shakes a day, how much to feed yourself 3 meals per day? The cost of garbage food is not the same as the cost of quality food.
Consider this as an investment in the quality of your life. Think of your purchases as deposits into the saving of your life especially if you are overweight.

I used Almased exclusively for three days, then moved to twice a day. Although there was weight loss, it was difficult to maintain the regimen. Second, the taste is an issue. Finally, cost is a huge factor. All that said, it seems to be an effective program...if one can ignore the above issues.

Your product IS GOOD
I have been using your product for about a year and I actually like it. It is much better with half a banana and almond breeze
With drop of vanilla. Sometimes I throw in an ice cube which breaks up the powder.
I have tried a few other products in this drink does fill me up till lunch.
