I had terrible experience with them booked my tour in April for October paid advance was informed my manager Mr Rehman that they will contact me in September no one contacted me when I called them was informed that Mr Rehman has been sacked due to fraud and they can't give me the agreed hotel as the prices have gone up and Mr Rehman didn't book my hotel not sure whether it's true the new manager Mr Haider and Mr Ali keep on insisting that it's all Mr Rehman's mistake and they can only give me what they can afford
Very unprofessional and bad service so please stay away from them not sure if anyone else had same experience.
If anyone has please get in touch with me as I am in process of taking legal action

I went for Umrah during the last ten days of Ramadan with my family. I found an online agent, and then I contacted the travel agent, Mr. Umar, who spoke with me on the phone. I told him that I wanted to spend several days in Makkah and a few days in Madinah. Masha Allah, he provided me with a good budget package, including visa, hotel, and tickets.

Alhamdulillah, my wife and I are very satisfied and happy with our spiritual journey. Mr. Umar and his team maintained contact with us, promptly answering our questions and attending to our needs. Insha Allah, if Allah (SWT) gives us another chance to perform Umrah, I would book with them again.

Traveling with Al Marwa Tours.
I had intentions of doing Umrah this year and was looking for Umrah packages online. I randomly came across Al Marwa Tours. didn’t know who they are where they are based but decided to give them a call anyway just for a quotation. A person named Abdullah Rehman answered my call and thats where my journey began. He gave me more than a decent quotation for flight, transportation, Date Farm Tour and hotels in both Makkah and Madina. The duration of my stay was 6 nights in Makkah and 4 in Madina. I had no experience whatsoever with what hotel to choose or distance to Haram but this brother was very helpful indeed. He suggested an excellent hotel Voco Makkah….5 stars for this hotel!! No complaints at all. We had a quad room as we went as a family of 4. The staff were friendly, professional people and most importantly at your service. The hotel was prisine. Abdullah Rehman stood by his words and promised he would be available any time we needed his assistance while we were out there and yes he absolutely was! We completed our Umrah alhamdulillah and went to Madina, brother Abdullah was in touch to ask if everything was OK. On return I have told all my family and friends about my experience not only in the Holy Land but with Al Marwa Tours aswell….I strongly recommend this company and especially Abdullah Rehman for being such a great support without him our trip would not have been so smooth! A massive thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel transports flight … everything was planned and perfectly organised!
