I love talking to the people. Very helpful. I love that I don't get charged outrageous shipping costs and pay what they pay. (I even received a phone call and a credit for the system not charging the correct amount!) Shipments are fast and arrive in great shape! Great company to deal with.

I missed the space to click for direct Fedex delivery and instead my goods were shipped directly to Almac in Quebec. I emailed them and within no time Almac had arranged to have Fedex pick up from them and ship to me in BC - all before the fundraiser we held where we needed our new bread baskets. Thanks much!

I found you guys online after i googled wicker baskets for sale online in Ontario.

My wedding is next week and i needed these for my flower girls!

I ordered these wicker baskets on a friday and i got them on the monday! I was so happy with the quick delivery time. And the baskets are just perfect. The online chat help rep was really helpful when i was inquiring about delivery times and i appreciated that they weren't wrong when giving me an estimated delivery date.

All in all i am very happy with the service, pricing of the product i ordered and general transaction process. I would definitely order from you guys again.

The only thing i would recommend is adding a better sizing description to be able to visually compare the difference in sizing as i had measuring tape on me, but not all customers might.

Excellent service. Prices, quality and timely response were all great. I received my order two days after placing the order.

These lights are easy to put up and very bright! It's only been a week so I don't know the longevity yet but so far, I recommend them.

I was happy with what I ordered, and it came quickly. There was a shipping mistake in the size of one thing I ordered. I called customer service and they very cheerfully assured me they would correct it, and they did. Mistakes happen, but how they resolved it couldn't have been any better.

Generally A good company but this last order was an exception. They shipped us the wrong products.

Wide variety, excellent prices and fast shipping. If they keep everything like this, I'll keep it as one of my favorites providers. Ah.. the only bad thing is that the shipping is a bit expensive.

One downside to the ordering online service, it does not equate the inventory as you order or the quantity that is available to order.
I found this very helpful with the old format, now I have to guess as I order the quantity.
The Staff/Team was very helpful, if I remember her name correctly, Michelle went beyond to assist me with my order.

What really impressed me is that the company called because I made a mistake and they corrected it right away .Now that's great costumer service keep up the great work .
