shocking customer experience with numerous errors on the part of Alltricks

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe da trekking ma ho dovuto fare il reso perché risultavano grandi, Pacco consegnato in posta il 29/01, ad oggi nonostante abbia provato a contattare il servizio clienti non ho ricevuto alcuna informazione, non so dove sia il pacco e non so se e quando verrò rimborsata...

I ordered some spank spike pedals and a spank spike race stem. Both arrived within a week, which is impressive considering I'm in England and they came from France!!
They were both very well packaged and in mint condition.
Definitely ordering more bike bits from them.

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received in relation to the delivery of my high-value packages. The order information is as follows: order number 260121T073366159, shipping/tracking number: XW226461929JF, lack of care and communication from the customer service team is completely unacceptable.

I have been trying to track down my packages for days without any luck. I do not get any real feedback on the process or situation, Every time I send a mail to your contact email address for an update, I get limited or no help and very poor responses. It is clear that the customer service team does not prioritize resolving issues or providing satisfactory solutions.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expect more from a company that handles high-value packages and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.

I strongly advise others to reconsider using this company for their sporting goods needs, as the lack of customer service is a major red flag. This experience has been a major letdown and very frustrating process and I hope that improvements are made to prevent others from going through the same frustrations. I would sincerely hope that i get a real answer to all my mails and that I eventually get give a firm date and time of delivery of my packages.

Choice and value were fabulous 👌. Goods were dispatched the same day but Alltricks were then let down by their couriers hence why the review is not 5 star

The package has still not been delivered 10 days after the expected delivery date. A complaint review on the Alltricks site itself was "moderated" by them and removed. I also found it very difficult to purchase in GBP but have items delivered to a German address. Their system kept crashing and on-line help was slow (more than a day to respond) and of no help. I wont purchase again.

Ich habe eine Rock Shox Federgabel gekauft, die nicht gepasst hat. Der Kundenservice antwortet nach 1-2 Wochen und schreibt, dass sie aktuell viel zu tun haben und man sich gedulden möchte. Das kam nochmal nach meiner Erinnerung nach 4 Wochen. Nach 3,5 Monaten keine kompetente Reaktion, keine Rückgabemöglichkeit, kein Umtausch.
