Advertised items can be trash or not as advertised. When I called about an item I purchased that was supposed be a quantity of 3, I got home and opened the box and it was just 1. I called and they said once you remove an item, it is a final sale. When the purchased items were brought out to me, the person just left me with the cart to unload and went back into the building.

Shady people.
This company is trash. Its not an "auction" at all. The sellers constantly refuse to accept the highest bids, unless it meets their pre-designated price. The sellers are unreasonable & delusional, demanding higher prices than market value ! Typical greedy and shady car busines , misrepresenting themselves as an AUCTION . A compete waste of valuable time
Had problems buying car no returned phone calls and when I asked for refund. It is harder than pulling teeth.
I had payment all set up with PayPal, PayPal was too expensive, so they cancelled it. Now I can’t set up a new payment, went to the location, sat there for2 hours, after driving for a hour. The supervisor tried 3 times to set up linked account, called accounting, they blamed my bank, which we already called. They don’t take cash, well it says right on the bill, legal tender. I left cash on the table & took my item. Still not connected to a payment plan, they won’t fix the problem, it’s their computer software. So now I can’t buy, cause I can’t pay. Lost another customer, they don’t care. I hope cancelling PayPal works for them, more people said they had problems also, while I wasted hours trying to fix the problem. Can’t fix stupid.
Allsurplus allows sellers like Any wheels inc to sell cars with rolled back mileage and cars that say they are in good conditions when the car is junk. Buy with caution
BE CAREFUL, VERY CAREFUL! They will pick, choose, display and post your questions only if it's convenient to them and it does not make other buyers aware of false or misleading information. There is almost always misleading, incorrect or grammatically incorrect information on their posting as if someone from Hialeah fresh off the boat writes them. They will also answer you and not post the reply and only answer part of your questions or question and EVEN POSE AS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS ON A SUNDAY!
The worst part is, they don’t care. Changing the name from liquidation.com doesn’t make up for what they have done to the people that have supported them all these years. Heed my warning ‼️
