Booked an emergency call out, they found the leak and turned the water off. Property is tenanted but needed to receive a report on why the leak occurred, was promised every day that a report would come to explain why the leak happened. It has now been a week and still no report.

I do not normally share negative review about services but this time the limit has been crossed! it was just for fixing a lose kitchen tap. Not even to replace it. I accepted to pay £135 for one hour because the job did not required longer. And in any case the amount was already quite expensive. Then the handyman arrived and he had to remove the sink and the sink trap to reach out the screws to tighten. I helped him because I saw him to struggle to breathe while doing that. Then, he needed to re-sealed the sink with silicon but it hasn't got it so he had to go around and buying it. Silicon is one of the most common material a Company operating in this sector should supply, by fact!! I took the opportunity, while waiting the guy back, to clean and sort out the mess around, drying the water down into the cupboard and collecting sll the pieces of removed silicon, with the intention of supporting him when back. He lost about 25min for finding the silicon going to two different shops in the area and at the end the total period of time spent was 1 hour and 15min. When he finished, he realised that, into the cabinet next to the sink cabinet, there was the dish wash machine installed and he said: ah! I could remove it to reach the screw and I could have done much faster!! i couldn't believe it! and you know what? exactly after 2min the guy left my property and while i was finally going to work, a responsible of this Company (I have no idea if an employee or even the owner or a partner, named Ricky Honour!! surname not matching his attitude at all), called me saying that I had to pay £80.10 extra because of the extra time spent. I couldn't believe it! I explained why it was 15 min longer and how I helped the guy, but no reasons! this guy said: you accepted the contract and the extra time costs £80.10. This action and his attitude clearly showed the evidence that this Company has the plan to still money to the clients. They do not care about solving your problem. They only care how to still money from people. I helped this handyman even physically, they do not supply basic material for doing the job properly, but they are very fast in charging extra rate. I strongly believe that they have this tactic as main target of their business. I think they are instructing their handymen to get any chance to take longer so they can charge the client more. I have just seen reviews about this Company, very poor. Now, I know why. In my world, I call the people acting in this way: thieves! so, my suggestion is... stay away from this Company.

We contacted this company in March for an emergency leak in one of our blocks. The technician never showed up. We were given two different explanations for the delay, each contradicting the last, and had to chase twice before being told no one would be coming at all as if it was inconvenient for them that I had chased.

They requested the callout fee upfront, so we requested a refund after the no show. We were told after a lengthy back and forth that this would be processed. It is now September, six months later, and despite following up on the refund six times, including providing our bank details as requested, we have received nothing.

The email address listed on their website also bounces back as unrecognised, and my direct contact has been ignoring me since the request, leaving us with no way to reach them.

We are now planning to take legal action to recover the amount owed. Based on this experience, we would strongly caution others against using this company, particularly for anything urgent.

Leaking Shower:
This is in a property that I rent out, and I feel a strong sense of responsibility to sort the problem out a.s.a.p.
Having asked for a quote, and having been told it was £126 for someone to come out, 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the quote even though I said that the job was very urgent, and have already called them, twice now, to remind them.
The person on the phone (Ricky) was exceptionally rude, getting cross when I said that I had already supplied them with the tenant's phone number - he hadn't checked his emails.
They missed the first appointment completely even though it had been booked in (it was their error booking it in over a Bank Holiday), and for the second appointment they were approximately 6 hours late (the tenants at the property had taken time off work to be there).
I won't be using AllRound365 Ltd. again, and I wouldn't even begin to recommend them!

Greg was amazing! He was very professional and warm and finished in good time! Office setup looks great - desk and ergonomic chair.

Do not use!! They charged £150 and then came to the apartment at the wrong time, gained access through our lodger and left without fixing the issue. When we aked them to come back to actually look at the issues we had flagged they were evasive, and then rude and then ultimately refused tocome. Total waste of money and really do not recommend anyone uses them.

TUrned up on time. spent around 14 minutes on site and told me they couldn't fix it didn't carry any parts.

The Plumber tho was honest enough to tell me he could waste hours. but wouldn't so more power to him. when asking is this is a part returnable 'deposit'. have so far been ignored. and not given any reply either way. will not use again or recommend

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Allround365 LTD. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.I paid them a deposit via bank transfer to fix a window. They claimed they needed to order special parts and kept delaying the job for 4 months. In the end, I had to call another company, who fixed the exact same window in just 20 minutes without needing any special parts at all.When I contacted Allround365 LTD to cancel and ask for my deposit back, they lied for 2 months, claiming they would transfer the money. When I finally called them out on this, their representative told me to "do whatever I want" and hung up the phone. They are completely ignoring my emails.I have now initiated formal legal proceedings against them through the Small Claims Court, reported them to Action Fraud, and notified Trading Standards.Save your money, time, and nerves—do not use this company!

I had a electric wall radiator removed and a new one fitted. I was very happy with the service and end result. Super helpful and good communication. Thanks

Allround365 were great from start to finish! They had great availability, and were able to schedule a plumber for a Sunday, at a time that suited me. My plumber Wojtek was efficient, polite and solved the problem of my blocked drains. A 5 star service that I shall definitely be using again and again in the future - thank you!

The actual tradesperson who attended my property, Marius, was absolutely fantastic, professional, and deserves a full five stars. He utilised an industrial electric snake to completely clear a deep, pre-existing structural blockage behind the kitchen boards. He carefully explained the plumbing layout, traced a design flaw left by the builders, and ran full volume tests to guarantee the system was 100% functional and bone-dry before leaving. His diagnostic skills and workmanship were elite.

However, the corporate booking and administration side was highly frustrating. I booked a guaranteed 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM emergency window and paid an upfront deposit. The office missed this window completely and left me in limbo without a courtesy update. I had to call the dispatch desk directly to force a precise timeline, and Marius eventually arrived at 1:53 PM.

If you use this company, request Marius on-site. The frontline engineers do an incredible job, but the office logistics team desperately needs to improve their punctuality and communication with waiting clients.

How are these guys still trading! Cowboys. Do not touch with a barge pole

Bizarrely I originally phoned a number for a different local company Lambeth Plumbers but got through to All Round?? Do various numbers point to this company? Stay alert. Company I thought I was calling said “no call out charge”, “free estimates" and lower prices on their website. All Round charge for 1st hour whether work takes place or not - let alone resolved.

had them come out twice in last month.
first visit - a nice helpful engineer but unresolved issues. Told me how to fix it myself.

2nd visit - tried them again for a blocked sink that wasn’t draining. £250 & 2 hours later Engineer left having huffed and puffed & just replaced a U bend that didn’t need changing - and the pipe was still blocked. Just blamed person who installed pipework 20 years ago !!! Didn't tidy up. Didn’t offer solution. Seemed in a hurry to get to another job.

You have to speak to boss Ricky on phone at end of job so as I wasn’t satisfied paying for 2 hours and being no closer to a solution I asked could he at least drop off some chemicals to pour through pipes. He agreed but on the day they were supposed to drop off on their way to first job I waited in all day - I phoned a couple of times "Our engineer is running extremely behind” - but they never showed up.

Have asked 5 or 6 times via email and phone for receipts to match my payments. Emails ignored and on each call they said they’ll send them straight away. Never received.

They are actually allround365. They are not local, engineer arrived over 90 mins late. The engineers are not fully trained and experienced in managing Ariston boilers. The engineer just wandered around with a probe thing, messed with my boiler settings which he seemed unsure about, told me to run hot water taps for long enough to run a bath. Told me the boiler needed repair - replacement of a few parts. But he didn't know about Ariston boilers and was unable to help. Declined to leave any evidence of the boiler having been serviced and in truth as I didn't watch over him I don't know if it has.
The advert is misleading to say the least. Please don't use this company they take your money and don't deliver.

Arrived a day late, then gave a lame excuse. Then went to the toilet and was in there for over ten minutes, which smelt bad after and the smell was awful. Worked slow as I watched carefully and with ten minutes to go said he could not do both units. One 2 door wardrobe took almost an hour to assemble but was wobbly and loose (bad quality work) he stated that the wardrobe was cheap from IKEA but it was not from IKEA? He said he wanted another hours pay upfront I refuse ld as I had been “ripped off” slow unreliable and bad quality work was done that day. I won’t bother to report it to the office as he started blaming the office and it was getting into a stressful situation. I won’t use them again.

Wojtek The plumber was extremely helpful, he explains things thoroughly to you and very patient of what he does. Highly recommend him or if you have him helping you with any bathroom works youll be in a trusted hand.

Very poor experience: We paid £150 upfront for a 10 minutes visit. The engineer just said that our system was " not good" and that we needed to change everything! next minute i received a quote for £600 ! I was not satisfied and asked for a second opinion twice - both times I called and was told they will get back to me but no one ever did.
I was recommended another plumber who came, was nice and fixed the problem in 30 minutes for 80£ all included.

Booked someone to come in to check a leak. Opened up the covering board surrounding the bathtub and keep complaining how the installation was very bad over and over again. Did not bother to check the pipes or attempt to reach in to find the cause of the leak. Then after 30 minutes, had asked if I wanted him to open up the ceiling downstairs, which will then result in the service being past 1 hour, and such incur extra costs. It all felt like a big money grab!! Note the fact I had already paid for 1 hour upfront, and i can see he is trying to waste his and my time. Told him to leave.
