This is a very helpful tool for those of us who have properties. So many things we need to know. Seems tenants know more than us sometimes and really take advantage. I save the posts when I can’t read them immediately bc I always find something helpful in them. Thank you for helping us!

I can't say enough about the way Marketplace handled my needed apartment rental services!..Very quick in responding to questions and very flexible...The marketing Photographer was incredible!..They did such a wonderful presentation of the apartment I had to rent, I couldn't believe how my 100 year old apartment looked!...Like a Manhattan penthouse! Seriously...I will use them again and again.

Honest, timely, very effective, professional, very knowledgeable. I love this company. Worked with several management companies in the past for our condo association. This one far exceeds my expectations.

Tried to milk us and overcharge by giving bad advice on tenants and evictions .

The property manager is not responding to coowner requests. He is also not following through with Bylaw fines and letters

I wanted to review HOA management companies with offices in Thurston County, WA. I was provided five companies as options, only one of which had a local office. I had asked to be contacted by the one company, or at least that was my intent. Instead I got responses - sales pitches - from all five. Not a big deal but I don't know if the website purposely ignored my request to receive information from only one company, or perhaps instead the website layout was confusing so I requested five responses by accident. The information has been interesting but the companies without offices in Thurston County are not under consideration.

One or two firms called me. I'd rather talk to firm directly. This wasted my time. I won't go with any of the firms that called, They weren't adequately pre-qualified.

Great Resource all referrals were good connections and meet my needs.

A 16 page lease should be illegal. Management on sight
is very poor, salary is low, no requirements for employment.
Tenants get along if they never complain to management.
Auto pay with no working because of bad computer systems, over
charge tenants when their system does not work. Another
service will be started to protect tenants, I hope.

Quick and easy. Found someone great to work with.
