First thing is the lie about same or next day shipping. Ordered Wed shipped Fri. Then charge so much for shipping that I'd expect ups or FedEx tracking on the package... nope. Usps and a refund for the diffence. 8 days later still no product and I'm in Fl.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with our performance. I investigated the fulfillment of your order and did see that it did not ship until Friday, 2 days after ordering as you stated. That is unfortunate, but we cannot guarantee shipments. Shipments do go out same day or next day over 95% of the time.
Our website is setup for UPS/FEDEX shipping calculations since 9 out of 10 orders are for larger items such as a filter cartridge. Smaller, lightweight, single item orders may be shipped via the post office as stated in our shipping policy. When this occurs, we do review order shipping chgs and issue a shipping adjustment refund....as we did in your case. The majority of customers prefer money back in their pocket in these cases rather than ship the item FEDEX or UPS. Since you operate a pool service we see that time is more important than savings.
Thank you for this feedback, we will review our use of postal service deliveries on small orders such that orders clearly specified as urgent or for a business will go FEDEX or UPS and no refund for adjusted shipping for post office use will be issued.
We try to provide quality products at fair prices with fast delivery. In the case of small, single, lightweight items we try to save the customer on delivery charges by using the post office.
