Allowance Assist Anmeldelser

After several attempts myself to be rewarded this benefit and being refused each time.
I once again thought I would try this year using this service, the service has been second to none, the application made simple, and the staff were constantly on the ball, with a result of yes.

Right from the start they were so helpful and so polite and helping every step of the way.
Explaining everything over the telephone
Just amazing
Once all the docs were completed they arranged the docs to be picked up from our home.
I was contacted regularly till the application was successful and the payment was made into my bank account.
I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs them.

The staff have all been very helpful and pleasant always ready to help.

The help and support that was given from the moment of application to the moment of obtaining the full amount of Attendance Allowance. I was treated and spoken to with warmth and understanding from all the Team.
Sam was extremely patient with me, and took time to fill in the Forms, which can be confusing. Regular calls to make sure you are okay, whilst waiting for the result of the claim, means a great deal when you live alone.

Staff made you feel at ease and made the application process very easy, would definitely recommend using them if you are not confident in filling forms and not used to applying for benefits.

From the initial enquiry that I made to Allowance Assist, I felt that I had found a pair of 'helping hands'. The Allowance Assist Team were sensitive to my requirements, polite, knowledgeable, patient and most importantly I never felt like 'just a number' but rather an individual who was listened too, no question to big or small. They are so solution based and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I received a very positive outcome to my application.

Allowance Assist Service made things simple to apply for Attendance Assistance. The 32 page application form can be somewhat daunting and they made it easy. They are knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. They evaluate your needs and draw out all the information needed and then compile it in the form for submission. All the things that you wouldn't have thought relevant they pull out of you & use for the application. Their instructions & assistance are clear & easy to follow. Tonnes of follow up & communication throughout the entire process. With their invaluable assistance I received approval for payment at the higher rate & I am very grateful for their help. Can't recommend Sam & Chloe enough.
