The trug i bought was well made
The trug i bought was well made . Good value for money. Only criticism was packaging badly damaged. But probably more to do with Elvri.

Stock control could be better
I ordered 10 re-usable grow bags. They only delivered 5 and could not give a delivery date for the balance, so had to give a refund. I did ask that they replace the plastic ones with the fabric ones for the balance, but this didn't happen.

Excellent service
Excellent service. My watering can was damaged in transit. I contacted AllotMate and immediately they dispatched a replacement and were very apologetic. Delighted with the watering can and will use them again.
