Excellent communication, did the job quickly and super helpful and friendly

Mark provided an amazing service. Kept both parties updated with arrival times, took care with our furniture and was genuinely friendly and efficient. He’s a credit to the company.

Good communication with fast delivery at agreed time. Friendly driver who was very helpful getting large item into house.

The easiest and best value delivery service I’ve used!

Poor communication throughout - item also sustained damage in one corner and they refused to accept accountability upon delivery. AVOID!

UPDATE: they’ve clearly mixed me up with somebody else! My husband pointed out the damage upon delivery and they refused to accept that it was sustained in transit, but offered a 50% goodwill gesture discount for when we pursue their services in the future, which we were content with. HOWEVER! When I did contact them subsequently re another job I wanted to book but they completely ignored me (for 12 days) so they clearly never intended on fulfilling what they proposed and that is when I asserted that I would change my review, and rightly so. You have flagged my review and attempting to have it removed but I have sent forth proof of the booking, and so I am satisfied that TP will keep the review up. Your unaccountability speaks volumes of your lack of integrity - rather than accepting you will experience shortfalls and taking it on the chin, learning from it and moving on you attempt to paint me as a liar in your response.

Mark was absolutely fantastic. The phrase 'above and beyond' gets thrown about a lot, but Mark really did go above and beyond. Fantastic service from start to finish - great communication, kept both parties up to date on the day and collected and delivered in the time frame provided. Mark really went the extra mile for us to help get our new sofa in to our flat which was greatly appreciated. He really took the stress out of it for us, and all with a smile. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!

Fantastic service, arrived on time and collected a cabinet and delivered it with great care. Communication was excellent too.

Great service, kept in touch and helped out in bringing all the parts of the bed upstairs

Responsive with good communication, flexible and quick with options for delivery , delivery and pickup was within time frame. Careful with object delivered and helpful.

Mark was great, he took care to not damage or soil the mattress, collected and delivered on time, definitely recommend him to anyone 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great communication, helpful, flexible. A delight to work with and would use again in a heartbeat

Great communication with the company, happy with the delivery service they provided, particularly for the very competitive price

Very friendly and polite. Easy to communicate with. Got our big sofa to us very easily and quickly and navigated the narrow stairway with immense skill. Would definitely book again.

Mark and All Movers level of communication was very reassuring as I was so busy and he was extremely accommodating with picking up a large L sofa and dropping it across the otherwise of London. I would highly recommend using him and his team and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Polite. Professional. Efficient. Great experience.

Efficient, quick and friendly. I will definitely use again.

Second time using this company. Very reliable and professional. Good communication and super helpful.

Brilliant experience. Mark was extremely helpful, polite and considerate and communication was excellent at both ends. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, speedy communication, accurate pick up time, reasonable quote and my item arrived in perfect condition.
