Contemporary TV console
My TV console arrived on the date stated on the website and emails. The delivery guy was so nice and brought the 2 heavy packages inside my house. Installation went smoothly and I am watching TV while adjusting the various color options on the LED lighting.

Great product, wrong color
We love the chairs we ordered - very high quality and well-packaged. But I took a star off because the product color was very different from how it was depicted in the ecomm photography. We thought we were getting bright orange chairs, and we wound up with brown.

Missing half the order
Well, I only received one out of two of the same rugs I ordered. Not sure if the second one is coming or not, but the room needs both rugs for the design to work.

I am very disappointed in All Modern’s policies. I recently purchased an item for $2600. The item went on sale 2 days later for $1690, a significant reduction. They have refused to honor the sale price, the item is still being shipped and I have not even received the item as of today. All Modern has lost a loyal customer. Beware!!

Difficult to open packaging
Opening the interior box as practically impossible. The plastic covering the actual bedspread was so tight cutting it open could easily have damaged the bedspread. I am also concerned about the marks in the velvet and whether I can get them out. I am keeping the spread but suggest you may have other clients who will experience these problems with your packaging.

Great products but bad match policy
Great products. But for a recent purchase, I found the product I had just bought from AllModern selling for 25% less on another site, and AllModern refused to match the price. It’s their policy, but I don’t like it. I had to pay for FedEx pick up, but the other vendor was so much cheaper, it was still worth it to me to return the product to All Modern. I think All Mod should verify the price elsewhere , and maybe charge a 5% fee. This Would reduce fuel use, save them restocking efforts, and would make life easier for their customers.
