Check customer service was unhelpful. Wouldn’t answer yes or no questions. They referred to simple questions as medical questions. “do you sell…” questions were deemed medical questions.

I am happy with the clock and time cards. Everything looks great and is working perfectly. My only complaint would be that when I ordered a second timeclock cards organizer, it looks like I got a used one. It was an older version than what came with the timeclock and it was damaged where the screw heads held it up. It also has scratches on the front and some old dust on it.
Anyway, other than that, I am very happy with the product.

I bought a time card holder and it looks just like the picture, but the slots are somewhat deeper than I thought they would be. Still works for us though. Did the ad copy show the depth of the slot?
