First off I've never went on this site intentionally definitely spammed and scammed I was on watching The Tick Tock video when they're crap post popped up saying I could get a Stanley Cup for $2 just $2 me gullible tried to get it little did I know it was a company a European company that wasn't going to give me the cup or proof that I bought the cup and then take the $2 when it's exchange came up to $4 then an additionally $11 and then this morning I woke up between another $12 taken out of my account without even my consent I didn't subscribe to this damn stupid thing I didn't get my Stanley Cup I purchased but they're sure taking my money after three different attempts of talking to people I finally got told that my refund would absolutely be refunded and they sent me an email showing me that the subscriptions canceled the first person I spoke to rudely said I had to subscribe because they asked for Great Lengths of detail I said listen the only time I put my information in was to get a Stanley Cup that I never got confirmation for but you stuck out the money already once and now doing it again second person sent me proof that it was canceled but didn't send me proof that it was refunded we'll wait and see either way this is Spam and not a good company they also said they had no regulation of me purchasing anything so the Stanley Cup that I thought I was buying that's the scam part of it to get you to fill out the form so take your money.

I have waited a while. I contacted them in Dec 2023 and today they have emailed after investigsting my issue and are issueing a refund. They have offered to refund the monies that i lost.

Nela assures me a refund will be sent to me so lets see. Im just trusting they dont have this ongoing for any longer.

I have not bought anything yet my account has been charged. Even after cancellation, my account has been charged!!!!! Customer support agent is dismissive with 'technical support' issues. What company charges for no service rendered except scammers!!!!

Update: Customer support contacted me seeking to resolve this matter and have partly refunded the subscription fee.

Raj is providing me with a refund. I will look forward to this arriving the bank

SCAM affiliates with website NOLONO.
I ordered a sofa bed from a company called Nolono - at the payment stage this was directed to allgamesonline.com. I thought, regrettably, this was an acting agent for payment. I received an email saying welcome to them and you have Euro 49.99 credit.
After some "chatting" with them for some time they have agreed to a refund - we will see. They say they are not affiliates of Nolono but how/why does payment redirect to them? - I have already contacted the bank to decline the payment... we shall see.

Non ho mai sottoscritto nessun abbonamento Vip e non ho mai rilasciato nessun dato della mia carta eppure ogni 15 giorni mi tolgono euro 37,00. Tenendo conto che è un sito che tratta in modo particolare giocattoli e io non ho nessuna necessità di quel tipo di prodotto. Ho chiesto più volte di inviarmi email dove secondo loro ho inserito i miei dati personali e quelli della mia carta di credito che assolutamente non rilascio a nessuno. La loro risposta è di controllare la mia posta elettronica. Non solo i soldi che mi vengono tolti sono di una carta di credito abbinata a un conto Sumup che non utilizzo mai per acquisti on line in quanto non viene accettata

Scam website, took money off my card despite never visiting or ever looking at this site.

I have never signed up, never purchased or even joined this site, yet still had them trying to take funds from my card.

I had never been to this site before, never purchased anything they have to sell - and never will. I started receiving unsolicited spam from them 3 weeks ago then today they took funds.

Great customer service .Money was taken from my account unauthorized Received a call for a refund Would suggest you make your website more secure to avoid such from happening as I was on another website when this happened

Grosse arnaque ! Fuyez ce site ! Ils font croire a un concours en se faisant passer pour une entreprise (galaxus en l'occurrence) et vous vous retrouvez piégé avec un abonnement !
Votre réponse, 6 mois plus tard, n'a aucun rapport avec l'émail de pishing que vous aviez envoyé pour m'arnaquer !
