After Purchasing my Padel racket I never received an email confirmation meaning i don’t know my order number. Contacted customer support had no help whatsoever, take days to reply. I placed the order over a week ago now and heard absolutely nothing. Ridiculously bad service.

Missing racket from order ‼️‼️
Order placed on the 24th and received it on the 9th, i placed an order for 2 x padel rackets and balls, the package only had 1x racket with the invoice inside stating 2.
I had my concerns when I seen how small the parcel was and got my partner to video me opening it as I knew it couldn’t fit 2.
Have raised this to customer service + WhatsApp number with no response.
Honestly not worth the hassle ordering from here even if the price is good. They’ll catch you with poor customer service or import fees “which they state in their terms and conditions” but sure how did we all miss that? Maybe state / prompt everyone when you’re at the checkout before purchasing so you don’t tarnish your reputation with bad reviews.

Awful communication and customer service
Awful communication. My order has been in ‘processing’ for over a week. Finally got a response to emails and WhatsApp messages and they said ‘Please note that, as stated in the terms and conditions on our website, orders may be delayed between 19 November and 31 December.’
No apology at all, simply a reminder that they expect to sell a shocking amount of products and do nothing to alleviate that demand in advance.
Can’t hide behind courier issues as it hasn’t even been processed yet!
Do not order between now and Christmas - you will not get your items in time.
I’m requesting money back through PayPal.
Update - they’ve just told me today (19th of December) that they’ve contacted the warehouse (possibly the 4th time they’ve claimed this) and don’t have one of the rackets so have cancelled the order.
Awful business, clearly taking on as many orders as possible without any thought to increase staff to cope with it.. great margins - unhappy customers. Avoid!

La pala me la vendieron rota
La pala me la vendieron rota. Tenía una rotura en las fibras interiores que hacía que no golpease bien la pelota. Pero lo peor fue que me tuvieron más de 3 semanas sin pala, por lo que me tuve que comprar otra y cuando confirmaron que esta había venido con un defecto se negaron a devolverme el dinero o hacerme un vale y directamente me enviaron la pala a pesar de decirles que no la quería. Las condiciones que manejan son muy perjudiciales para con el comprador. Os recomiendo comprar las cosas en otras tiendas online estilo Smash Inn, el trato al cliente es cien veces mejor.

Much as I love my racket it took over 2 weeks to come during which time I had to play with my old cracked one. Great product but it was 3 days before it was even dispatched!

Experience
I ordered a racket and a backpack on November 21st after business hours and paid immediately via PayPal. Processing didn’t start until November 24th, and the order remained in “processing” until November 28th. It was marked as shipped on November 30th.
From December 4th onward, there were no further tracking updates, and the parcel continued to show as “in Spain” right up until delivery. It finally arrived on December 13th without any notice about which carrier would deliver it. The shipment was originally assigned to SEUR (part of the DPD group), but the final delivery was handled by DPD in Germany. According to a sticker, the box had been replaced during transit because the original packaging was damaged. The items themselves appear to be in good condition.
Overall, the process felt unclear and at times confusing. The prices and product selection are good, but the shipping and communication experience could be significantly improved.

Preise sind zwar top, aber man kann seine bestellung nicjt stornieren. Außerdem wurde das packet seit über 2 Wochen noch nichtmal losgeschickt. Der Support antwortet auch nicht auf meine Anfrage die Bestellung zu stornieren. Also nicht zu empfehlen die Website!

Deluso
Ordine ERJFJZYHJ del 14/11 consegnato il 20/11.
4 Racchette all’interno di un unico pacco di cartone, solo avvolte in un foglio. Nessuna protezione ulteriore all’interno del pacco.
Il 27/11 scrivo all’assistenza poiché alla prima prova delle racchette ci accorgiamo che 2 su 4 hanno un rumore interno tipo sabbia che si muove. Ad oggi 9/12, nessuna risposta dall’azienda. Ho controllato anche SPAM ma nulla.
Conoscendo il marchio Adidas non mi aspettavo questo trattamento. DELUSO.
AGGIORNAMENTO 29/01/26
Dopo tanto peregrinare e alcune mail, all4padel ha rimborsato il mio acquisto attraverso le pratiche di garanzia.
Tempi lunghi per la pratica, ma proverò nuovamente a dare fiducia al sito, confidando che quanto successo sia stato un errore che non vorranno ripetere.

Listed item as available but hasn't delivered. No responses from Customer Service
Listed item as available but hasn't shipped for a week. It now says out of stock now but no communication whatsoever form the company. Does not respond to mail or Whatsapp, at least not within 24 hrs and clock is still tickning. Would have cancelled the order immediately if there had been such an option available in their customer pages but there isn't of course.
Update: despite below answer form adidas the only communication regarding the order after two weeks is.....we are working on it. I thought that ordering from the source itself would be the fastest way to get the product. Apparently not. Many other retailers has it in stock and offer fast delivery while adidas is still.....working on it.....

Order Not Delivered Yet (well over two weeks)
It’s been over two weeks I have still not received my parcel. Website said 3-7 business days for delivery to UK but we are now well past two weeks with a very unreliable delivery service. With very few updates this is the worst delivery experience. I probably will never use this website again.

Prezados,
Meu nome é Gilberto Cordeiro, e venho por meio deste registrar uma reclamação referente ao pedido EQRQUJRWI, realizado no site da All for Padel no dia 02 de dezembro de 2025.
Desde a data da compra, o status da encomenda permanece apenas como “em processamento”, sem qualquer atualização de envio. Conforme orientação do atendimento via WhatsApp, enviei um e-mail solicitando informações sobre a entrega, porém não obtive retorno até o momento.
Ressalto que já se passou um tempo considerável e a ausência de informações causa grande preocupação, uma vez que efetuei a compra confiando na credibilidade da empresa.
Diante disso, solicito urgentemente:
1. A atualização clara e imediata do status do meu pedido;
2. A previsão real de envio e entrega da raquete adquirida;
3. Ou, caso não haja possibilidade de envio, o estorno integral do valor pago.
