The worst customer service and entitled company exists. Beware of this scam. First they offer you a trial. Then they charge you $55 even after you tried the product and noticed it didn’t work for you. This spray is no different that OTC products that will clear you at first and then make you worse later. Also extremely bitter taste in your mouth after spraying

I have struggled with severe nasal control for years. Finally, relief!

The product is great! Subscription management and business practices are the major issues. Allermi immediately signs you up for a subscription and cancellation process on website is not clear or obvious. It’s because of these issues I wouldn’t recommend them.

Allermi changed my life. I no longer use a nose spray and allergy pill, just Allermi. My nose doesn’t run like it used to, I could not be more satisfied

I signed up for a subscription and attempted to cancel it on the exact same day I was charged. Not only was my cancellation request denied without a full refund, but the company also kept a large portion of the payment and claimed a 15% early termination fee applied—even though the order had not been fulfilled.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I was charged $135 and offered only about $69 back. For a service I tried to cancel immediately, that feels completely unreasonable and unfair. The explanation provided was simply that their policy allows them to keep a significant portion of the payment, regardless of the fact that I acted right away.

Good customer service should consider the circumstances, especially when a customer requests cancellation on the same day and before receiving the full benefit of the service. Instead, I was pointed back to a policy and left feeling like the company cared more about collecting fees than treating customers fairly.

Based on this experience, I would not do business with this company again and would advise potential customers to carefully review the cancellation and termination terms before signing up.

This is the first sinus medicine that has worked for me consistently over time. I’m well into my second year of twice daily “squirts” and during that time I’ve had only 3 days of constant drainage. I’m 80 years old and have suffered with seasonal allergies, spring and fall, my entire life. Thanks to the Allermi formulation, that is a thing of the past.

There is a calm in my life that wasn’t there for too many years. Sneezing off my makeup. Looking like I was crying and tired of telling people…it’s just my allergies. Feeling absolutely miserable most days because I could not get a handle on it. Everyone would say pop a Zyrtec…have you tried Allegra…what about Claritin? Nothing worked no matter how much time I gave it. Flonase was expensive and ineffective. Afrin caused rebound congestion. I got allergy tested and they said the only thing you’re allergic to are cats. We don’t have a cat and never had a cat but I still had allergies. Then I saw your ad on Facebook. Why not. I’ve been taking it now for I’m not sure how long. Years? Best thing I ever did. I rarely have to use more than what is prescribed and I never run out. I need an “I ♥️ Allermi” bumpersticker for sure!

Allermi is the ONLY thing that works for me. I've already forgotten how horrible my allergies and breathing was before Allermi. To sleep at night and breathe clear and easy is EVERYTHING! When ppl say "my allergies are driving me crazy" I'm like "allergies, what is that?" and then I tell them about Allermi. I will never gatekeep Allermi!!!

My experience has been great. Been using over a year and made several changes over that time to the formula but the results are fairly consistent. Orders show up on time without an issue.

The product itself is the best allergy spray I've ever used. I was prescribed Flonase years ago and used it for almost two decades. This product is so much better! My only wish is to slow down the shipping. I use two sprays a day morning and night (4 total) and my bottle lasts like 2 months. I get them once a month and that is too frequent. Can you adjust the auto ship to every 6 weeks or every 8 weeks?

This medication has worked wonders for me. I use to wake up with terrible headaches and since starting this medication I no longer have the morning headaches. I know several people with allergies and while they are suffering with numerous symptoms, I have none. I have recommended Allermi many times. My shipments are always received in a timely manner.

The product arrives promptly. This is the first spray that actually keeps the swelling down better than any other spray. Love it. The only thing is I don't need the saline spray every month. I have a bag full!

I recently had an rhinoplasty about one year ago that caused me to have severe inflammation and congestion and Allermi was recommended to me by my doctor. This instantly helps clear my congestion. I have used it as needed but always keep one beside me for the days I feel stuffy. Ive tried every nasal spray on the market and this really did the trick.

There is never enough product to last until I get the next refill. The spray nozzle is garbage, only fix is to put more product in the bottle. My allergy drop company Curex is starting to make a similar spray, and I will switch to them if adjustments aren't made to Allermi.

This stuff really works. Its one of the only nasal sprays (and I've tried a lot) that stops my allergy symptoms quickly. Only issue is there is not enough squirts in evry bottle to last a month

I have been using Allermi daily for over a year. I live in Texas and am confirmed allergic to everything Texas: ragweed, cedar, cottonwood, grasses. This is the only product that has worked. It took about 3 months to kick in, with only a couple of minor adjustments. I can breathe again, and am grateful.

Few times delivery for the month has been late and I run out. Very frustrating

Also my cost seems to have increased from $35 to $50 a month. I don’t recall being notified but I may have missed it. $50 a month is too much. I may have to cancel because that may not be sustainable.

I have used nasal sprays, allergy meds, etc for decades. Nothing has come close to the relief I have received from Allermi! I have been breathing freely at night for the first time in years. This is an amazing product! Also, very knowledgeable and responsive care team. I love it!

I filled out a survey for them and was given a discount code. They will not apply the discount to my most recent order. Terrible customer service! And they will not provide a phone number to speak with someone. I don’t recommend Allermi.

I was skeptical to buy at first but I’ve been a customer now for almost a year. Now I’m going to buy the year supply to save money. This stuff works. Seasonal allergies. Cat allergies. You name it. If you use it twice a day just like they tell you then it will work. It works in 10 minutes. And using the included saline spray also helps with my sinuses and the absorption of the medication.
