I took a look at the parts I needed for an f15, ordered on Sunday evening-delivered on Tuesday, with delivery updates.

To get a Rules Chart (RRS 2025-2028) for free is really great and absoluty not usual

Fast and easy delivery, great products and very helpful customer service.

The product was received as advertised and on time.

I had to pay almost 20 € for customs taxes without previous notification. I believe Allen should have reported me about this tax before I buy them. I request to review the custom procedure because the tax is very high fot the items I have bought.

Allen Brothers (fittings) Ltd is not liable to pay any import or export duties which may be charged to the customer if orders are shipped outside of the UK. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check customs charges and import/ export duties.

Quick service, the rules guide poster is always in great demand.

I placed it at 12:40 and was completed by 16:21 and arrived the next day. I expected to wait a couple of days but the short order to dispatch time ensured this was not the case.

You had exactly what I needed and your delivery time to Canada was much better than delivery times from suppliers within Canada.

The shipping updates were spot on, until USPS got involved. They were a bit sketchy.

Update; a professional comeback
I was contacted today by the Head of Marketing with full confirmation of what was mentioned in the reply.
I appreciate the efforts and the apology. Mishaps can happen. I don’t think it will be too long before I place another order, after all they do make some very good products. I wouldn’t have been upset otherwise for the delay.
I thank the Marketing Chief for the reply and the emails.

Very disappointed with the sales department, especially in regards to the shipping.
I ordered 2 20mm blocks and had them shipped to a relative in Sardinia where I knew I would be ten days after placing the order for five days. Having noticed the circa ten working day shipping time with Royal Mail, I chose FedEx at an extra cost almost doubled.
I noticed a couple of days later that my order had instead been shipped via Royal Mail, so I sent an email to their sales department from which I am still awaiting a reply. So not only was I charged double for fast shipping that I didn’t get, now I have to spend an extra 10€ to get it shipped to mainland Italy. Very unprofessional. I at least expect an apology and a refund for the difference.
Very very disappointed…
