Ich nutze Alldebrid seit mehreren Jahren und war bisher grundsätzlich zufrieden. Leider musste ich in letzter Zeit feststellen, dass immer mehr meiner bevorzugten Hoster nicht mehr unterstützt werden. Heute habe ich bemerkt, dass auch DDownload nicht mehr gelistet ist.

Das ist bedauerlicherweise nicht das erste Mal, dass ein von mir häufig genutzter Hoster entfernt wird. Für mich mindert das den Nutzen des Dienstes deutlich, da die Auswahl der unterstützten Hoster ein entscheidender Faktor für meine Nutzung ist.

The worst customer service i ever deal with! after they took big amount of money, they are not able to fix small issue

you give it, THEN they tell you that 99% of the websites are not included in the trial.

so what's the point of the trial exactly?

ALL DEBIRD is a terrible service in 2025 - nothing is cached, and the company relys on a bs tos to avoid refunds.

I usually pay for the 90 days. It gives free points and sometimes I get free for one month from the points. Usually downloads fast from the links.

Linksnappy hat Emload von jetzt auf gleich aus der Hostliste gestrichen, ich war daher auf der Suche nach einem neuen Multihoster. Alldebrid bietet lt. seiner Webseite einen Premium-Testaccount an (1 Woche). Die Liste der unterstützten Hosts war eindrucksvoll, Emload war auch vertreten, also dachte ich "Versuch macht kluch".
Pustekuchen! Die "Massenhoster" wie Rapidgator oder k2cc konnte man zwar testen, bei allen anderen, auch Emload, kam "Dieser Host steht in Testaccounts nicht zur Verfügung".
Sorry, Leute, wenn die meisten Hosts zum Testen nicht zur Verfügung stehen, dann hat man halt keinen Premiumaccount, und das sollte man auf seiner Seite auch klar kommunizieren! Ich bin jetzt bei Cocoleech. Emload und und viele andere "Exoten" funktionieren annehmbar, und mit den stundenweisen Aussetzern z.B. bei Filesfly, Daofile kann ich leben.

Wenn Alldebrid einen UNEINGESCHRÄNKTEN Testaccount anbieten würde, würde ich es vielleicht nochmal probieren, aber so: "Nein"

I wasted money on this Debrid service I had real debrid before and good till it so i thought try all debrid It sucks only works a third of the time. Total waste of money.

I subscribed to AllDebrid to use some Filehosters and after attempting to download some files, it's down. So I emailed them the service is not working as advertised and how long will the downtime last.

These 🤡 instead of giving an answer straight up banned my account which still had 29 days of subscription left and scammed me out of the entire amount.

Edit - Received my refund but still pathetic behaviour banning people for a feedback.

I have been a member of the site since the beginning. I really enjoyed it the first years. For privacy, I must use a VPN in my country to keep my downloads scrambled from prying eyes. All of a sudden, they (alldebrid) decided that using rotating IPs wasn't allowed anymore and started locking my account after using 4 IPs in the same day. I keep on getting locked and not being able to use the account I PAID FOR. They say I download from multiple IPs, as a NetAdmin I tell them to f off and look at their logs. I NEVER downloaded simultenaously from 2 locations. I wrote them emails and they reply with generic emails not giving shit about the situation. Stay away at all cost, they are far better debrid provider out there and people actually caring about customer service... Peace out.

Switched to AD when RD went down. None of the links work. Sent them an email and never got an answer back.

Service is average. Many hosters are down and their customer service is rude. They don't even bother to reply to you. So if you have a problem or help, you're on your own.

Way better than Real Debrid that fails to work with Kodi anymore. Fast and reliable service. Much prefer it to Real Debrid.

I have been with them for 3 years plus. Their support is absolutely shocking. They always blame the user and reply with a standard scripted email, blaming everyone but themselves.

Their replies border on the arrogant and impolite side.

They had an issue recently when ACE raided uptodown which AD use. They (AD) assured everyone that they were now back on line.

I asked them very politely and provided screenshots, why AD links were not working on Stremio. And provided the viewer with an error screen" Failed to download".

Their reply was awful and dismissive. I wrote back asking for help three times. No reply!

Now I use RD and those same same links that would not work with AD are fine.

Stay away from this shockingly rude and useless team of support. Sure I lost money. But the aggravation is just not worth it.
Now I am in touch with my CC company to see if I can get a charge back.

I am not a man who wishes bad for any other human being. But I hope more people desert them, and they crash and burn!
