They turned a ok website (ER) to a very shady website. Instead of refunding the old way, they now have a points system. Ok...i can live with that. The issue comes into play when they decide to change the amount of points right before the payout...without warning! You then have to figure out what you have been reimbursed for and what you haven't. Emails are replied in the same general way no matter what question is asked. Then, they think that people will pay for "subscriptions"? Skip this site. There are better ways to get deals.

I used to love this site, but unfortunately it has taken a turn for the worse in many ways. They are unresponsive when issues arise, which impacts payments being paid on time. To the tune of a few thousand dollars. They do not care to cure issues, your account will just be deactivated.

Horrible experience, I opened an account and they blocked, I do not know why, the do not answer. I lost time and money as I can not return the product because I have already used. Scammers

They do not pay. They cancel your account without any explanation and keep all the money for them (telling the seller that can not refund the money) so the money not for seller and not for buyer, their way to steal money and being scammers. I will say to as it is illegal to manipulate sales as elite rebate does. Don’t loose your money here.

They are a scam and keep blocking me any time I make an account and purchase and will not respond to support emails. They lie and say "your account is associated with another account" without showing proof (and it is false, there is no way it's true as I have no account).

I am so very pleased with Elite Rebate! They have amazing products offered that I need on a daily/ weekly basis. I love them and use it for products that meet my nutritional needs to beauty needs, and much more. I love this company for their exceptional customer service and are all always so help, kind, and professional. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Elite Rebate family and highly recommend it. I love the promotional products and always find great products! Thank you Elite Rebate! 😊 ❤️

My favorite rebate site and go to every day! Always have great items for free or very cheap. The process is easy and I've gotten so many different things. From health supplements to electronics to jewelry. You name it, they've probably got it, but you have to get it when you see it or it might be gone next time!

Elite Rebate brings many new items to my attention.
In the past I bought several products for my grandsons, now I focus more on supplements for myself.
They have a help message button on the web site which I used when I had some price confusion. If there is a time zone difference they replied within a business day. Net price has always been excellent.

Great site for products when you can get them. im still hardly an expert but learning and liking the process. it is a safe platform and that is important

EliteRebate has great customer service. The now have a chat on their site. It starts with automated then you can chat with a real person. I am up a lot during the middle of the night. Someone has quickly answered and worked with me when I am having an issue or made a mistake.

I love the website because I can get several products a day, out of all the similar ones this is the one I know with the most variety and quantity per day (you can buy up to 10 products).

It is true that there are many people for the same product, so sometimes the page slows down, but with patience, several can be obtained. It helps me to have products for my personal use, to give away and to donate.

I recommend it. And the most important thing is that they are safe when paying, there is no risk of fraud.

I've been on this site for almost a year now and love the experience. it is a great help for this period of time as we can get many essential stuff we need everyday for free or some minor fees like towels, hair care stuff and even mattress. they pays fast and people here is willing to help you.

it is true that as number of customer grow, it becomes harder to get stuff, but from my experience, they are continously try to improve. so hopefully this site will continue to be here for a very long time :P

Since the launch of the website everything changed for the worse. You can barely get anything anymore unless you want to pay for the items that have an out of pocket expense plus tax. I am not usually one to write reviews but I feel its necessary to show the true reality of what is going on for alot of us. I can no longer recommend this site.

I love this site! It is very straightforward and has exposed me to several new products that I've enjoyed. The actual website can sometimes lag when traffic is high, but I've had no issues with support or purchases. I highly recommend it!

I Am retired & this site has been a tremendous help to myself & my family by having very useful items we use each & everyday. I have not experienced any issues with the site I am able to secure rebates everyday & every Friday I am fully reimbursed for the item's that we purchased that were on Rebate. The staff is very friendly & respond in a timely matter when contacted.

I’ve only been with Eliterebate for about 6 months but I’m hooked! A few reviewers have mentioned the site is slow. Sometimes it is but that’s because it’s become hugely popular. Most products are absolutely free and the quality of said products is amazing! There are lots of people trying for any particular item when they become available for the first time so the system gets a little bogged down but after the initial release, it’s actually pretty easy to get stuff. I’ve gotten tons of amazing products and my internet connection is horrible living in the country. I say try it!! My main concern was whether they paid what they promised and I’ve NEVER had a problem or I wouldn’t stay. If you do have an issue, they respond very quickly and are very helpful. We also have a group chat where we chat amongst ourselves about products or problems. I don’t see myself leaving unless they kick me out.

When I came to leave a review for this website, I noticed several other reviews were “flagged” and then mine was flagged as well. There was also a bunch of new five star reviews while so many others were flagged. Seems pretty odd

Here I am editing to omit the irrelevant points that most of us know are true, but unable to provide documentation for.

The website ie SOOO SLOW!! It sits and spins and tries to load and takes forever. By the time anything does show up, the only things available are unwanted items that cost money to get. If I wanted to pay money out of pocket, I’d just purchase directly rather than going through so much trouble to use this slow and lagging system.

When you ask questions or complain about how slow the website is, you risk being banned from the group, groups chats and the website (I have seen it happen and documentation has been submitted).
They have even set up their chat to “auto-delete words that are associated with frequent complaints about the website” (documentation has also been submitted)

So they KNOW good and well that there’s big issues with the website, yet they’re doing everything they can to keep people from speaking up about it. They’re pushing for new 5 star reviews on the Trust Pilot website, yet trying to hush anyone that has a negative experience.
Just more proof of the type of people that are running the show

#1 Documentation has already been submitted to prove that you attempt to SQUASH “honest feedback”. Nothing defamatory about it. 100% facts
Yes, you do request reviews and those reviews that should be the ones monitored. The good ones, of course, come from those that are assured success at getting items from the website/group.
The goods ones should be the ones questioned by TrustPilot.
The only thing you “respect” is making that money and the buyers that support you doing just that. Anyone else is a thorn in your side.

#2 As far as the loading times…same story over and over and over. Still no improvements. There’s nothing to argue here.

#3 Documentation has already been provided, showing your primary admin banning one of the members that talked about the “circle of death”.
Your Facebook group is not mutually exclusive of your website and we all know that is fact. Being an *affluent* member of the group is the only way to get the good stuff. How about all those various Facebook chats you have set up?
Your “restrictions and bans” happen anytime someone doesn’t fall into line with the positivity you want expressed. You do your best to just anyone that has anything negative to say. Including “setting the chat to auto-delete words that were associated with the frequent complaints about the website since the overnight support team was overwhelmed by them…”

ARE YOU SAYING THAT HONEST FEEDBACK ABOUT YOUR SLOW SERVICES GOES AGAINST COMMUNITY GUIDELINES ABD ToS? That’s what I’m seeing here

#6 All trust is lost. Can’t be regained when you’re seen squashing negative feedback and opinions while asking for more good reviews on this site in order to offset recent bad publicity

THE BEST REBATE COMPANY EVER!!
I really can’t say enough good things about Elite Rebate company and their staff. I have worked with numerous other rebate groups, Facebook groups, companies and individual sellers, but Elite is the ONLY rebate company I have complete confidence in, knowing I’ll absolutely be reimbursed on time and accurately.
I’ve been rebating for about 3 years now and all my dealings with Elite Rebate have been positive. They have made their website so user friendly and easy to navigate that it is the best one I’ve come across. Elite’s Admins and other staff have made working with them a joy and are super quick to respond to questions or issues with the online retailers we shop through.
If you haven’t tried Elite Rebate I highly recommend them and you have no idea how much fun you’re missing!
I will never have to buy another gift, household item, health supplement, or much of anything else out of my own pocket. My friends and family, as well as charitable groups in my area and pet rescues have all benefited from all the fabulous FREE (or nearly free on a few items) merchandise I’ve scored on Elite Rebate.

I use multiple sites to try free products and Elite Rebate is my favorite. I buy hundreds of dollars worth of products (literally) every week, and receive reimbursement the following Friday. I started using ER two years ago and this year things really amped up with more and varied products, system updates to keep better track of payments, and the online chat feature to name a few. I’ve received tons of products for my family and friends, and donations to those in need. I love this site.

I joined the product testing community a few years ago and was incredibly excited about the opportunity for occasional free or hugely discounted items. Let’s all be honest; who couldn’t use that in a bad economy, right? Then I found Elite Rebate. Everything was so much more streamlined. I started slowly to make sure I could trust it (I can be skeptical of free sometimes), and once I saw they were trustworthy, I started ordering much more frequently. I now can average 5 or 6 items per day. (Some days are 1-2, and others I’ve done 10 in a single day.) The website and order form are easy to use, and any issue I’ve ever had has been quickly addressed (usually within an hour) via the website chat.I realize not everyone will be happy about every aspect, but I also realize that efforts are being made to constantly improve. They hear our feedback, and I SEE positive changes being made that reflect that. They hear us and want to help, guys! I have gotten so many great items for myself and my family, gifts, and items for donations. (household items like towels, hand soaps, dish soaps, even a mattress, kids’ toys, beauty and toiletry items, etc.) Who couldn’t use these items for just the cost of tax?! (no tax if you’re in a tax free state!) I, for one, am grateful for the website and for the people who work hard behind the scenes to keep it going for all those families like mine who could really use it and are happy to have it.
