Had the pleasure of Stel being sent to fix my door lock which had worn down and became difficult to lock. Stel was very prompt and efficient with the job, it was evident he is highly skilled as the door now feels brand new and no damage to door or surrounding area. He was incredibly courteous and friendly throughout the entire process, patiently explaining what went wrong with the lock and offered some useful tips to ensure its longevity. Overall 5 star customer service!
