I am more than happy to receive tests…
I am more than happy to receive tests like this from my current employer but unfortunately they don’t follow up on the results that I receive be it no further checks needed or for further tests required!!!And also whether I was to receive bad news or not!

Hi Julian. Our tests are first-line health and cancer screening. As a registered UK Pharmacy, we follow strict regulatory guidelines and all of our tests are carried out by UKAS accredited and CQC registered laboratories. Like any health test, we can not predict what your test result or news will be in advance — as this is the purpose of screening - to identify potential concerns early on.
After testing, every patient receives a detailed results report explaining what each result means and whether any further checks are recommended. If any abnormal results are identified, we also provide a free referral letter that can be shared with a GP or healthcare professional for follow-up.
If your comments relate to a lack of follow-up after receiving results, this may be connected to employer processes rather than our service, as we always issue results and guidance directly to the patient tested.

Terrible
Terrible. PSA test ordered. Yes, it arrived on time, but problems with getting the blood out. Tried to get a " Nurse" for their stated £65. Spoke to their " telephone service" nothing happened. Called again three days later and the " telephone service" said they couldn't attend until January!! Finally got " Linda" to understand. 1 full week later, nothing. Keep my £65. Unfortunately, I wanted to check my already stage 4 Prostate Cancer score!. Useless, useless, useless.

We’d also like to clarify how our service works and apologise for the frustration you experienced. We offer two blood collection options: self-collection, with clear instructions and a step-by-step video provided in advance, or nurse venous collection, which is an optional paid service. Nurse visits are subject to availability, and unfortunately availability can be limited during busy periods such as December.
In addition to home nurse visits, we also offer appointments at our clinics, where samples are couriered directly to the laboratory and results are typically available the same or next day. Patients may also arrange for their own phlebotomist if preferred, offering maximum flexibility.
We’re sorry that availability did not meet your expectations on this occasion and for the communication issues you encountered. As confirmed, you have been refunded in full.

Flexible , painless, helpful to a fault for a blood draw
my blood sample kits came earlier than anticipated so they changed my appointment to a day earlier ie to the Monday, and the nurse was exceptional 10 out of 10 for putting in the needle and she also handled all the forms etc making my life easier. All i had to do was take the samples to the post office afterwards.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I booked in with AllcheckedUp to have the complete well person blood test. The pharmacist was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I was given an appointment within a day of ringing and had my blood results the next day. Lady who carried out my test was excellent and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
