Im just not interested thanks

I followed a link to participate in a promo of Germanos (electronics) and when I made the payment it was as if the payment was not realized while in reality the amount was paid to All4ourhair. When I contacted the site’s chat they informed me that the payment was done for a gift card and cannot be cancelled. I wrote to them that I will report them for fraud and all of a sudden they returned the money.

Betrug durch falsches Krombacher Gewinnspiel bei dem die Bankverbindung erschlichen wurde inkl.Abbuchung und Mitgliedschaft. Sofortiger Widerruf wurde ignoriert. Rechtsanwalt und Strafanzeige werden eingesetzt.
Nachtrag27.06.2025 Es wird gerade versucht mich zum Löschen dieser Bewertung durch leere Ankündigungen der Rücküberweisung zu bewegen. Und das schon mehrfach.

Vorrei mettere in guardia tutti coloro che potrebbero considerare di acquistare prodotti da questo negozio di prodotti per capelli. Recentemente, sono stato vittima di una pratica ingannevole che ha portato all'attivazione di un abbonamento non richiesto.
Il tutto è iniziato con una promozione apparentemente innocua, dove veniva offerto un mini frigo Red Bull. Ho partecipato in buona fede, convinto di approfittare di un'offerta vantaggiosa. Tuttavia, il personale del negozio ha utilizzato questo espediente come un vero e proprio trucco per attivare un abbonamento a mia insaputa.
Non c'è stata alcuna comunicazione chiara riguardo all'attivazione di un servizio continuativo, né mi è stato chiesto esplicitamente il consenso per un abbonamento. La procedura è stata gestita con l'inganno, sfruttando la promozione del frigo Red Bull per mascherare l'attivazione di un servizio a pagamento.
Ritengo che questa sia una vera e propria frode, progettata per legare i clienti a pagamenti ricorrenti senza la loro piena consapevolezza. Esorto chiunque si trovi in una situazione simile a controllare attentamente le proprie transazioni e a prestare massima attenzione a qualsiasi "promozione" che possa nascondere l'attivazione di servizi non richiesti.
Sono profondamente delusa e amareggiato da questa esperienza. Invito tutti a esercitare la massima cautela e a considerare altre opzioni per l'acquisto di prodotti per capelli, evitando questo negozio che, a mio parere, opera con pratiche commerciali ingannevoli.

I was unintentionally and accidentally signed up for this website and was charged for the registration. In order to receive a refund, I am required to submit a review, which I personally consider a form of coercion. That said, the customer service representative who assisted me was very friendly, and once I figured out where to contact the support team, the cancellation process was relatively quick and smooth.

I was charged for a membership fee that i did not intend to subscribe. i opted to chat with a customer service agent via chat named Declan. He assisted me right away with my concern of a 100%refund on the amount that was debited from my account. He responded right away and I am hoping that the amount be refunded.
