Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to request a refund for Order #xxxxx, which I placed on November 30, 2025, and received on February 4, 2026. Unfortunately, the toys I ordered are much smaller than expected and are not suitable for my dogs. The product images on your website showed the toys in a Golden Retriever's mouth, which led me to believe they would be larger.

Additionally, I anticipated delivery by Christmas or shortly thereafter, but the order arrived much later.

Thank you for your detailed message — I completely understand your frustration, especially with the size expectation and the delivery timing.

We do offer a larger 67mm version (about the size of a standard tennis ball), which is the size shown in our videos and is much better suited for medium to large breeds like Golden Retrievers.

If that size would work better for your dogs, please go ahead and place a new order for the 67mm on the website as usual, and reply here with the new order number. I’ll manually update it on our end to make sure you receive the correct size.

I would like to get the 67 mm version but the web says I have to order the small then contact "help@alizure" to tell them i want the bigger size. If this gets missed, will I have two charges? I do not want and can't use the smaller size.

March 10 2026- I requested a full refund since I have not heard anything since Feb 18 email

Amazon also shows the little dog holding the small ball with the brand name being PetDroid.

If I could negative stars, I would. I ordered beginning of December 2025. Today is 4-16-26. I have not received my order. Items shipped from China and there is absolutely no movement even though it is now in the country. I've emailed them at least 20 times and only received one response refusing to issue a refund. I hope the trash that runs this company burns in hell.

I bought this early December for a Christmas gift and it's March 17th and I still don't have it!! This company should be SHUT DOWN!!! I can't find anywhere to reach out to them to ask them about it! I now can't even get on their website. VERY FRUSTRATING! Wish I had read these reviews before buying! Live and learn!

I ordered the product on Jan 7, and have yet to receive any info.
Email doesn’t get response, so I will tell the world to save their money.

Purchased and didn't even ship it. Was the pet balls. Emailed twice and no response 1 month later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 2 of these balls in lateNov/early Dec as a Xmas gift for my dog. When it hadnt come by 12/22, I tried to call the co. to cancel order. The number I was given was not in service. So I stopped pmt on the order. Co. emailed me & asked to give them a break. I had to buy another gift for my pets last minute. Anyway, it's Feb 14 and I got it today. It's smaller than advertised and I am afraid she'll swallow it. It just spins on flat rug. Doesn't bounce/roll. She wants to play w/it though, tries to interact but noise scares her on the only hard floor in the house which is in the kitchen and she's not allowed to go in there. The cat is meh about it. Too noisy for her & she leaves the room. Shipping takes too long, product not as described, and customer service was non-existent. We aren't impressed & don't recommend buying from this company or this product.

Placed my order Dec 1 and today is Feb 11, still haven't gotten my order. Sent an email -- no response

I would like to give a ZERO star review. My order was placed Dec 8, I was notified it was shipped Dec 13, still haven't received it as of Feb 2. Contacted customer THREE times but never heard back

Dont trust STEVEN SAVIC OR DEBBIE SILBERMAN they take your money but dont deliver the dog toy I've posted this to all 1.5m followers on Instagram and several other platforms so dont trust them look at all the reviews I just dug deep and got there names and addresses if money dont get refunded check back soon for there addresses and phone numbers lmfao its my turn

Do NOT order from this company! Received my order today, 01/02/2026, the order was placed 4 weeks ago. Not only did I not receive in time for Christmas, but I did NOT receive the full order. Also, the balls are not as advertised! They are not much bigger than a golf ball!! That is called false advertising!

They took the money out if my account - master card was debited for two balls on November 14, 2025 - as of December 30, 2025 still not received and not shipped per their online tracking - no one responds - total scam - BEWARE

I tried to cancel right after I ordered it and they told me it was too late and it was already shipped- which it wasn’t. Then it finally arrived 4 weeks later- and it looked nothing like the ad- it’s super small and not a safe toy unless maybe you have a very very small dog. It doesn’t light up. It’s very hard plastic which could break and become a choking hazard. Do not buy this item.
I’m now hoping that they will refund my money or I’ll take it up with my credit card company.

This company is a total rip off.people don't buy anything from them.there marketing these balls under different names.I have been waiting almost 2 months for mine.They keep sending me this b.s reply saying that the balls are tied up in customs.total b.s.

SCAM/FRAUD WARNING! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

The dog balls are NOT SAFE for your dogs! The company DOES NOT HONOR OR FOLLOW THEIR RETURN POLICY! They lie to and mislead you in their emails when you request to return their products and get a full refund. I placed my order the end of October 2025. I received two balls 3 weeks later. BUT THESE WERE NOT THE ITEMS I SAW IN THE VIDEO!!! The balls are TOO SMALL TO BE SAFE AND after trying the balls just a few short times, they kept coming apart on their own. After having the balls for an only few days I emailed Alizure requesting to return them and get a full refund. I was told via email that I did not have to return the balls and I would have my refund in 3-5 business days. Nine days after that I followed up on the status of my refund only to be told via email that my refund request had been sent “to the higher ups in the organization for approval”. It has now been over a month and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I continue to email Alizure for a status of my refund but now they are not responding to my emails.

NOT SAFE FOR YOUR DOGS! I ordered two of the balls I saw in a video on Facebook but what I received was MUCH SMALLER and without the cloth cover. These balls ARE DEFINITELY TOO SMALL TO BE SAFE for play. ADDITIONALLY, the balls make quite a loud noise when on the floor as the cover/shells are very hard plastic AND THEY COME APART ON THEIR OWN WHEN IN OPERATION! When I picked up the pieces of one of the balls to see what happened there was a “greasy” coating/substance on the inner piece. This substance was quickly all over my hands and all of the pieces of the ball. There was also a chemical-like smell on my hands AFTER HANDLING THE PIECES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THE COMPANY!

UPDATED 022426: I still have not received a response from the company nor have I received my refund.

The single star is because for about 10 minutes, my dachshunds lost their minds over this ball. Customer service, shipping, actual product are all absolute crap. I threatened to dispute the charge and file a fraudulent claim with my AmEx after they ghosted me for weeks. I got an immediate response about how US customs can hold products for an indeterminate length of time, but somehow, the next day, shipping updates started populating, and the ball arrived less than a week later. It was charged when it arrived, which was nice, but as everyone else has reviewed here, it’s a hard plastic ball that doesn’t hold up to even minor play. It took my doxies 10 minutes to absolutely obliterate it. It needs a firm rubber core and outer protective layer. Don’t waste your money.

This was a great toy for a few hours. Not only did my dog destroy it quickly but opened it and turned it off. Great concept but does not work in reality.

I drank the Kool-Aid and ordered one of the viral Duraspin balls. When I was checking out, it asked me if I would like to get a second one for I believe it was eight dollars and change. I thought well that’s a decent deal OK…
Well, they came today. The reason I ordered the ball is because I have a pitbull breed and he destroys everything. The ad showed a golden retriever playing with the ball and it said they could chew on it. Great! So they came today and they are literally the size of a golf ball and on the packaging it calls them a CAT ball. I looked online where I ordered it from, and it clearly says DOG ball. It also doesn’t show any different size options. The picture shows a corgi holding a ball that is approximately 3 1/2 inches wide. This ball is maybe an inch and a half wide. The one the golden retriever was playing with filled his mouth. It was easily 4 to 5 inches wide. That is why I ordered it. I worry about my dog swallowing small balls like that. I would never order something the size of a golf ball. I ordered one ball, but it sent me two balls and then since I added one for the eight dollars and change I now have a third one coming. This is just plain deceitful. Also, the ball I ordered was $14.98 but they apparently say I ordered two balls and then added the third one and now we’re at $50! I only have one dog. Why would I need three of these balls? I got the second one because I thought I would give it to my friend for Christmas, but I certainly don’t need three of them. Now I know what a pain it’s going to be to try to get my money back. It’s probably not even worth trying.

Added fees to order. Long shipping. Poor communication. False advertising. Product does NOT work as promoted.

Ordered product over a month ago....have not received it. Tracking looks suspect...have received a few email responses to my "I have not received product- want a refund." The response never addresses my request for refund, just "Im sorry, it is delayed in shipping but will arrive soon."
Pisses me off that I wasted $35.
